การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อโรงเรียนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 343 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.23-0.93 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
        1. องค์ประกอบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของครู มี 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน 2) ค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและยุติธรรม 3) ความสมดุลระหว่างงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว 4) สภาพการทำงานที่คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 5) โอกาสในการพัฒนาความสามารถ 6) ความมั่นคงในการทำงาน 7) ประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน และ 8) ลักษณะงานที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด
        2. คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของครู โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
        3. ความผูกพันต่อโรงเรียนของครู โดยรวมและรายข้อ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

       4. คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อโรงเรียนของครู มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01        

      5. คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของครู ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน (X1) ด้านค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและยุติธรรม (X2) และด้านความสมดุลระหว่างงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว (X3) มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ความผูกพันต่อโรงเรียนของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 59.20 ค่าความคาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ .312 สามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ ดังนี้

        6. แนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อโรงเรียนของครู มีจำนวน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและยุติธรรม และด้านความสมดุลระหว่างงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว
 

      The purpose of this research was 1) to investigate work life quality affecting school commitment of teachers under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples of this study were 343 teachers. Those participants were recruited using multi-stage random sampling. The instruments used in data collection was a 5-rating scale questionnaire, which indicates validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.23-0.93 and reliability index was at 0.89. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient of Pearson, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
    The findings were as follows:
        1. The work life quality of teachers comprised eight components, namely 1) co-worker relationship, 2) appropriate and fair compensation, 3) work-life balance, 4) workplace safety, 5) growth of career path, 6) Job stability, 7) school democracy and 8) corporate social responsibility. All of the components were appropriate at the highest level.
        2. The work life quality of teachers, in overall and each aspect, were at the highest level.
        3. The school commitment of teachers, in overall and each aspect, were at the highest level.
        4. The relationship between work life quality and school commitment of teachers showed positive correlation at moderate level with statistical significance at .01.
        5. The work life quality in co-worker relationship (X1), appropriate and fair compensation (X2), and work-life balance (X3) were able to predict school commitment of teachers with statistical significance at .01, predictive power of 59.20 percent, and standard error index at.312. The equation could be summarized in raw scores as follow.
            Y/ = 7.57 + .556X1 - 1.23X2 + .132X3
            and the predictive equation standardized score was
            Z/y = .711 Z1 - .192 Z2 + .158 Z3
        6. The guidelines to develop work life quality affecting school commitment of teachers composed of three aspects, namely co-worker relationship, appropriate and fair compensation and work-life balance.
