การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหาร และประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม 3) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 230 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
        1. ปัจจัยทางการบริหารขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X =3.87) และประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X=3.88)
        2. ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (β=.307) ด้านงบประมาณ (β=.296) และด้านวิธีการทำงาน (β=.244) มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านบุคลากร (β=.130) มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม ได้ร้อยละ 91.30 (R2Adj=.913) ส่วนปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านการจัดการ และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมไม่มีมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม
        3. ระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก ที่ควรนำไปศึกษาหาแนวทางในการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม มีจำนวน 2 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการกำหนดความต้องการใช้พัสดุ 2) ด้านการบำรุงรักษาพัสดุ
 

    The purposes of this research included the following: 1) To study the level of administrative factors and the efficiency of supply management of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District, Nakhon Phanom Province, 2) To investigate the influences of administrative factors on the efficiency of supply management of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District, and 3) To explore and gain guidelines for improving the efficiency of supply management of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District. The sample group consisted of 230 personnel of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District, Nakhon Phanom Province. They were obtained through a stratified sampling method. The questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection and statistics employed for data analysis incorporated frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. 
    The study revealed these results:
    1. The overall administrative factors of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District was at a high level ( X=3.87) and the efficiency of the supply management of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District, as a whole, was also at a high level ( X=3.88).
    2. Regarding the administrative factors, these components significantly influenced on the efficiency of supply management of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District at .01 statistical level: materials and equipment (β=.307), budget (β=.296), and work methods/techniques (β=.244). Meanwhile, the personnel (β=.130) significantly influenced on the efficiency of supply management of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District, at .05 statistical level. These factors could be used jointly to correctly predict the level of the supply management efficiency of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District, Nakhon Phanom Province 91.30 percent (R2Adj=.913). Nevertheless, among these administrative factors, the management and morality and ethics did not influence on the efficiency of supply management of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District, Nakhon Phanom Province.
    3. The guideline suggested for improving the efficiency of supply management of the Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Na Kae District, Nakhon Phanom was that the needs of supply/inventory and the maintenance of the supply/inventory should be investigated and indicated.
