การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธโรงเรียนชุมชนเอื้องก่อนาดี 2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธและ 3) ติดตามผลการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ โดยใช้การวิจัยปฏิบัติการ 2 วงรอบ 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติการ การสังเกตการณ์ และการสะท้อนกลับ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย 16 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล 63 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบบันทึกการประชุมและแบบบันทึกผลการนิเทศติดตาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพและปัญหาการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธของโรงเรียนชุมชนเอื้องก่อนาดี พบว่า

1.1 สภาพการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนโรงเรียนชุมชนเอื้องก่อนาดี ประกอบด้วย การกําหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ เป้าหมายการดําเนินงานของโรงเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ มีการจัดทําแผนการดําเนินงาน ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านกายภาพ ด้านกิจกรรมพื้นฐานวิถีชีวิต ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านบรรยากาศและปฏิสัมพันธ์และด้านการบริหารจัดการ พร้อมทั้งนําเสนอผลการดําเนินงานและเผยแพร่ให้สาธารณชนได้รับทราบ

1.2 ปัญหาการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนโรงเรียนชุมชนเอื้องก่อนาดี ได้แก่ บุคลากรส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้รับการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง งบประมาณสนับสนุนการดําเนินงานไม่เพียงพอ การจัดทําป้ายคติธรรมมีจํานวนน้อยไม่หลากหลาย นักเรียนส่วนมากไม่เห็นความสําคัญในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักเรียนบางส่วนไม่ให้ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาตามระบบไตรสิกขาดงบประมาณการนํานักเรียนไปศึกษาแหล่งเรียนรู้นอกโรงเรียนไม่เพียงพอ โรงเรียนขาดการนิเทศแบบกัลยาณมิตร บุคลากรบางคนไม่ได้รับการพัฒนาด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมทําให้มีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม ไม่เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียน คณะกรรมการนิเทศไม่ได้นิเทศติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง คณะกรรมการประเมินผล ไม่นำผลการประเมิน มาจัดทําแผนพัฒนาในปีต่อไปและการรายงานผลการดําเนินงานให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธโรงเรียนชุมชนเอื้องก่อนาดี ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ ได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาดูงาน 2) การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการของบุคลากร 3) การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ และ 4) การนิเทศติดตาม

3. ผลการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธโรงเรียนชุมชนเอื้องก่อนาดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 พบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธโดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลเพื่อให้ทราบค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของการแสดงพฤติกรรม พบว่า วงรอบที่ 1 ภายหลังการพัฒนาคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธโรงเรียนชุมชนเอื้องก่อนาดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับมากทุกตัวชี้วัด วงรอบที่ 2 ภายหลังการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการมีคุณธรรมนักเรียนตามแนวโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธโรงเรียนชุมชนเอื้องก่อนาดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกตัวชี้วัด

This study aimed at 1) investigating the states and problems of developing the students’ morality based on the Buddhism-oriented School at Chumchon Ueang Ko Na Di School under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2, 2) finding out guidelines in developing the students’ morality based on the Buddhism-oriented School, and 3) monitoring effects of the students’ morality development based on the Buddhism-oriented School. The 2-spiral action research with 4 stages: planning, action, observation and reflection was employed. The target group consisted of the researcher and 15 co-researchers along with 63 informants. Instruments used were a form of interview, a form of meeting minute record, as well as a form of coaching supervision record. Mean, percentage, and standard deviation were applied to analyze data.

Findings of this study were as follows:

1. The states and problems on the students’ morality development based on the Buddhism-oriented School in Chumchon Ueang Ko Na Di School revealed that:

1.1 The states of the students’ morality development at the School were composed of: the setting of vision, commitment and goals of the school performance to develop the students based on the Buddhism-oriented School. The performance setting included 5 following aspects: physical aspect, aspect on fundamental way of life, instructional aspect, aspect on atmosphere and interaction together with aspect on management and the presentation of performances along with dissemination of performance to the public.

1.2 The problems of the students’ morality development at Chumchon Ueang Ko Na Di School included that most of the teachers at the School had never been developed in the use of the modern technology to pace up with changes. The budget to support the development was inadequate. The money spent for the making of the morality signs was too little and was not diverse. Most of the students paid no attention to the attendance of activities provided. Some students did not cooperate in the Trisikha means. The budget spent on the study tour of out-of-classroom learning resources was inadequate. The school encountered a lack of amicable supervision. The school personnel were not developed on morality making them obtain indecent behaviors. They could not be exemplary teachers for the students. The supervisory committee did not perform continuous supervision. The evaluation committee did not take the evaluation results to be included in the development plan for the next year. The reports of performance to the school units/sections concerned were not up-to-date.

2. The guidelines of the students’ morality development based on the Buddhism-oriented School in Chumchon Ueang Ko Na Di School comprised: Personnel development for the students’ morality development based on the Buddhism-oriented School including 1) a study tour 2) a workshop for the personnel 3) Application of the students’ morality development based on the Buddhism-oriented School, and 4) coaching supervision.

3. The effects of the students morality development based on the Buddhism-oriented School in Chumchon Ueang Ko Na Di School under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2 indicated that the results of data analysis according to a form of behavior evaluation of the morality development committee based on the Buddhism-oriented School by the informants  found that, in the first spiral after the development, the students’ morality development based on the Buddhism-oriented School at Chumchon Ueang Ko Na Di School was at the high level in every indicator. In the second spiral after the development, the students’ behaviors on morality based on the Buddhism-oriented School at Chumchon Ueang Ko Na Di School were at the highest level in every indicator.
