การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของครูโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม โดยการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัย และศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม ระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมวัดมหาธาตุ สังกัดมหาเถรสมาคม สำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 13 รูป/ คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของครูโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจ แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของครูโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 2) เนื้อหาของหลักสูตร 3) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้  และ 4) การวัดผลและประเมินผล

2. ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของครูโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม พบว่า 1) ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม หลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2) ผู้เข้าอบรมมีคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of this research was to develop and study the efficiency of a curriculum on ethical leadership of teachers in a Buddhist Scripture School. The research procedure was divided into two phases; Phase 1 was the development of the curriculum on ethical leadership by studying related documents and research and investigating the needs of ethical leadership development. Phase 2 was the validation of the curriculum’s efficiency. The sample of this study were 13 teachers of Wat Mahathat Buddhist Scripture School under the Sangha Supreme Council, National Office of Buddhism, Nakhon Phanom Province. They were selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were a curriculum on ethical leadership of teachers in a Buddhist Scripture School, an achievement test, an assessment form on ethical leadership and a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used in the study were Index of Item – Objective Congruence, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples. 

The results were:

1. The curriculum on ethical leadership of teachers in the Buddhist Scripture School consisted of four components: 1) purposes of the curriculum, 
2) contents of the curriculum, 3) learning activities and 4) assessment and evaluation.

2. The efficiency of the curriculum on ethical leadership of teachers in the Buddhist Scripture School were: 1) the level of knowledge and comprehension about ethical leadership of the participants after training was higher than that of before training with statistical significance at .01, 2) the participants revealed the characteristics of ethical leadership at high level, and 3) the satisfactions of the participants toward the ethical leadership curriculum was at the highest level.
