การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่าน (Reading Literacy) ตามแนวทางการประเมินของ PISA กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) ตรวจสอบดัชนีประสิทธิผลของชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่านที่พัฒนาขึ้น ตามเกณฑ์มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับร้อยละ 50 3) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่านของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่านที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ 4) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่านที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2562 โรงเรียนสมพรเจริญวิทยา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนด้วยด้วยชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่านที่พัฒนาขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test แบบ Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่าน ตามแนวทางการประเมินของ PISA กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 84.89/80.56 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 75/75

2. ประสิทธิผลของชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่าน ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.626 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.66 ซึ่งมีประสิทธิผลตามเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 50

3. ทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่านของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่าน ที่พัฒนาขึ้น หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 

4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกเสริมทักษะการรู้เรื่องการอ่านที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.66)

The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop skill practice packages to enhance reading literacy based on PISA assessment guidelines in Thai language learning area for Mathayomsuksa 2 students to meet the efficiency of 75/75, 2) to validate the effectiveness index of the developed skill practice packages with standard criteria at 50 percent or above, 3) compare the students’ reading literacy before and after the intervention, and 4) to examine the students’ satisfaction toward learning through the developed skill practice packages. The sample, obtained through cluster random sampling, consisted of 30 Mathayomsuksa 2 students in the second semester of academic year 2019 at Sombhorn Charoenwitaya school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21. The research instruments consisted of lesson plans, a learning achievement test, and a set of questionnaires assessing students’ satisfaction toward learning through the developed skill practice packages. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Dependent Samples t-test.

The findings were as follows:

1. The skill practice packages to enhance reading literacy based on PISA assessment guidelines in Thai language learning area for Mathayomsuksa 2 students had an efficiency of 84.89/80.56, which was higher than the set criteria of 75/75.

2. The effectiveness index of the developed skill practice packages reached a value of 0.626, equal to 62.66 percent, which achieved the defined criteria of 50 percent.

3. The students’ reading literacy after the intervention was higher than that of before the intervention at a .01 level of statistical significance.

4. The students’ satisfaction toward learning through the developed skill practice packages after the intervention was at the highest level ( = 4.66) overall.
