การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะคือ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู  และระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู  กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนชุมชนนาพระชัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 จำนวน 12 คน  ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู  แบบทดสอบชนิดเลือกตอบ มีค่าความยากอยู่ระหว่าง 0.30 - 0.80 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.21 - 0.72 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.88  และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 1.00  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบวิลค็อกซัน (The Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Ranks Test ) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 

1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาของหลักสูตร กิจกรรมของหลักสูตร และการวัดและประเมินผลหลักสูตร 

2) ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู พบว่า 

(2.1) ด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 

(2.2) ทักษะภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมตามหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 69.17 จากคะแนนเต็ม 76 คะแนน    คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด  คือร้อยละ 70 

(2.3) ความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อหลักหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of this study were: 1) to develop an instructional leadership training curriculum for teachers and 2) to study the efficiency of the Instructional leadership training curriculum for teachers. The research procedures were divided into 2 phases: phases 1 was the development of academic leadership training curriculum for teachers and phase 2 was the study the efficiency of the Instructional leadership training curriculum for teachers. The samples consisted of 12 teachers in Choomchon Naphrachai School under the Nakhon Panom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. They were selected through purposive sampling method. The instruments used in the study were the instructional leadership training curriculum for teachers, a multiple choice test with difficulty index between 0.30-0.80, discrimination power index between 0.21 – 0.72, and reliability index at 0.88, and a questionnaire on teachers’ satisfactions toward the training curriculum with the item-objective congruence (IOC) at 1.00. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard and the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Rank test, using statistical package program.

The results of the study were: 

1) The training curriculum consisted four components, included objectives, contents, activities, and the measurement and evaluation. 

2) The results of the training curriculum’s efficiency found that:  

(2.1) The knowledge and understanding about instructional leadership of teachers after training was higher than before training with statistical significance at the level of 0.5.  

(2.2) The average score of teachers’ instructional leadership skill was 69.17 from the total score of 76 points (91 percent) that was higher than  the specified criteria of 70 percent.

(2.3) The teachers' satisfactions toward the training curriculum was at the highest level.
