การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการฟังและพูดภาษาเวียดนามในชีวิตประจำวันของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ตามแนวการสอนภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสารร่วมกับสื่อประสม ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการฟังภาษาเวียดนาม ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม 3) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการพูดภาษาเวียดนามระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการอบรมภาษาเวียดนาม ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการฟังและพูดภาษาเวียดนามในชีวิตประจำวัน จำนวน 9 ชุด แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 9 แผน แบบทดสอบทักษะการฟังภาษาเวียดนาม แบบทดสอบทักษะการพูดภาษาเวียดนาม และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการอบรม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มสัมพันธ์กัน (Dependent Samples t-test)

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                 1. ชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการฟังและพูดภาษาเวียดนามในชีวิตประจำวัน มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 79.86/79.05 ผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 75/75

                 2. ทักษะการฟังภาษาเวียดนามของนักศึกษา หลังเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

                 3. ทักษะการพูดภาษาเวียดนามของนักศึกษา หลังเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

                 4. ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น อยู่ในระดับมาก (x = 4.05, S.D. = 0.60)

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop and determine the effectiveness of training packages for enhancing listening and speaking skills in Vietnamese for everyday life of undergraduate students based on a communicative language teaching approach with mixed media to meet the efficiency of 75/75 criteria, 2) to compare Vietnamese listening skills during pre-learning and post-learning using the training packages, 3) to compare Vietnamese speaking skills during pre-learning and post-learning using the training packages, and 4) to examine student satisfaction toward the training by using the developed training packages. The sample group included undergraduate students of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University who were interested in participating in the Vietnamese language training program in the first semester of the academic year 2022, totaling 20 participants. The research tools were nine sets of training packages for enhancing listening and speaking skills in Vietnamese for everyday life, nine lesson plans and a Vietnamese listening skill test, a Vietnamese speaking skill test, and a satisfaction questionnaire toward the training. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Dependent Samples t–test.

             The research results revealed that:

                 1. The training packages for enhancing listening and speaking skills in Vietnamese for daily life reached an efficiency of 79.86/79.05, passing the criteria set at 75/75.

                 2. The students’ Vietnamese listening skills after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention at the 0.5 level of significance.

                 3. The students’ Vietnamese speaking skills after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention at the 0.5 level of significance.

                 4. The students' satisfaction with the training through the developed training packages was at a high level (x= 4.05, S.D. = 0.60).
