การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักเพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของนักศึกษา 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของนักศึกษา 3) พัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของนักศึกษา 4) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างทดลองใช้หลักสูตรเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบวัดความฉลาดทางดิจิทัล และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (PNImodified) การทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มไม่อิสระกัน (Dependent Samples t-test) และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มเดียว (One sample t-test) 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น มี 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ที่มาและความสำคัญของหลักสูตร 2) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 3) หลักการของหลักสูตร 4) กรอบความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลที่ต้องการพัฒนา 5) โครงสร้างเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร 6) แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และ 7) การวัดและประเมินผล โดยที่ กรอบความฉลาดทางดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ และ 39 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ 1) การแสดงตัวตนบนโลกออนไลน์ มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณบนโลกออนไลน์ มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3) การรักษาความปลอดภัยของตนเองในโลกออนไลน์ มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4) การรักษาข้อมูลส่วนตัวบนโลกออนไลน์ มี 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ 5) การจัดสรรเวลาหน้าจอในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ 6) การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลที่ทิ้งไว้บนโลกออนไลน์ มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 7) การรับมือกับการกลั่นแกล้งบนโลกออนไลน์ มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ 8) การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอย่างมีจริยธรรมบนโลกออนไลน์ มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ ส่วนกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลมี 6 ขั้น คือ ขั้นที่ 1 กระตุ้นการเรียนรู้สู่การกำหนดปัญหา ขั้นที่ 2 วางแผนการค้นคว้าและการนำใช้ ขั้นที่ 3 มุ่งมั่นเรียนรู้สู่การปฏิบัติ ขั้นที่ 4 ระดมความคิด ขั้นที่ 5 นำเสนอผลงาน และขั้นที่ 6 ประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า หลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตร พบว่า 

2.1 นักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความฉลาดทางดิจิทัล มีความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 

2.2 นักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความฉลาดทางดิจิทัล มีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
 

The purposes of this research were to develop and investigate the effects of an Enrichment Curriculum to Enhance the Digital Intelligence of Students at Savannakhet University, Lao People's Democratic Republic. The research process was organized into four phases: 1) examine the elements and indicators of the students’ digital intelligence, 2) explore the need for developing students’ digital intelligence, 3) develop an Enrichment Curriculum to Enhance the Digital Intelligence of Students, and 4) study the effects on the developed curriculum outcomes. The sample consisted of 20 undergraduate students in the academic year 2021 at Savannakhet University, Lao People's Democratic Republic. The research instruments were the curriculum, learning management plans, a digital intelligence test, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, modified priority needs index (PNImodified), confirmatory factor analysis, Dependent Samples t-test, and one sample t-test. 

The research findings were as follows:

1. The developed curriculum included seven elements: 1) background and importance, 2) objectives, 3) principles, 4) digital Intelligence components needing improvement, 5) content structure, 6) guidelines for learning management, and 7) measurement and evaluation. The digital intelligence components consisted of eight elements with 39 indicators: 1) Digital Citizen Identity with five indicators, 2) Critical Thinking in an Online World with four indicators, 3) Cybersecurity Management with five indicators, 4) Privacy Management with seven indicators, 5) Screen Time Management with five indicators, 6) Digital Footprints with four indicators, 7) Cyberbullying Management with four indicators, and 8) Digital Empathy with five indicators. The learning management process for enhancing students’ digital intelligence covered six steps: Step 1- Stimulating learning to identify the problems, Step 2- Planning for researching and implementation, Step 3- Commitment to learning and embedding learning into practice, Step 4- Brainstorming, Step 5- Presenting the results, and Step 6- Evaluating learning outcomes. The developed curriculum scored at the highest level of appropriateness according to experts.

2. The effects after the curriculum implementation revealed that: 

2.1 The students’ digital intelligence after learning through the developed curriculum was higher than that before the curriculum implementation at the .01 level of significance.

2.2 The students’ satisfaction with their learning experience through the developed curriculum was at the highest level, which was higher than the defined criteria at the .01 level of significance.
