การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษาบูรณาการร่วมกับงานสวนพฤกษศาสตร์โรงเรียน เรื่อง โครงสร้างและการเจริญเติบโตของพืชดอกให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษาบูรณาการร่วมกับงานสวนพฤกษศาสตร์โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/4 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 โรงเรียนเรณูนครวิทยานุกูล จำนวน 31 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษาบูรณาการร่วมกับงานสวนพฤกษศาสตร์โรงเรียน 2) แบบทดสอบวัดทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มที่ไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 

1. แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษาบูรณาการร่วมกับงานสวนพฤกษศาสตร์โรงเรียน เรื่อง โครงสร้างและการเจริญเติบโตของพืชดอก มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.80/81.50 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้

2. ทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 

3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสะเต็มศึกษาบูรณาการร่วมกับงานสวนพฤกษศาสตร์โรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X ̅= 4.73)
 

The purposes of this research were to 1) construct lesson plans based on STEM education integrated with school botanical garden tasks on the structure and growth of flowering plants to meet the criteria efficiency of 80/80, 2) compare students’ learning and innovation skills before and after the intervention, 3) compare students’ learning achievement before and after the intervention, and 4) examine the satisfaction of students toward the STEM education combined with school botanical garden tasks. The sample, obtained through cluster random sampling, consisted of 31 students from Mathayomsuksa 5/4 at Renunakhonwittayanukul School, in the second semester of the academic year 2022. The instruments included 1) lesson plans based on STEAM education integrated with school botanical garden tasks, 2) a learning and innovation skills test, 3) a learning achievement test, and 4) a set of satisfaction questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test for Dependent Samples.

The results were as follows: 

1. The efficiency of constructed lesson plans based on STEM education integrated with school botanical garden tasks on the structure and growth of flowering plants was 82.80/81.50, which met the defined criteria of 80/80.

2. The learning and innovation skills of the students after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention at the 0.1 level of significance.

3. The students' learning achievement after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention at the 0.1 level of significance.

4. The students’ satisfaction with the learning management based on STEM education integrated with the school botanical garden tasks was at the highest level (X ̅ = 4.73).
