การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานทั่วไปในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามุกดาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารงานทั่วไป และครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามุกดาหาร ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 276 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 63 คน หัวหน้างานบริหารทั่วไป จำนวน 30 คน และ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 183 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วย ตอนที่ 1 ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.49 – 0.86  และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.98 ตอนที่ 2 ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานทั่วไปในโรงเรียน  มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.49 – 0.92 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.98  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - Way ANOVA) และค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product - Moment Correlation Coefficient)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานทั่วไปในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามุกดาหาร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารงานทั่วไป และครูผู้สอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานทั่วไป ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามุกดาหาร ตามความคิดเห็น ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารงานทั่วไป และครูผู้สอน ที่มีสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกัน โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานทั่วไปในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามุกดาหาร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารงานทั่วไป และครูผู้สอน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานทั่วไปในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามุกดาหาร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารงานทั่วไป และครูผู้สอน ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

5. ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร (X) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานทั่วไปในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามุกดาหาร (Y) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .571)

6. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามุกดาหาร จำนวน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความร่วมมือ 2) ความรู้ดิจิทัล 3) วิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล และ 4) การสื่อสารดิจิทัล
 

The purposes of this research were to investigate, compare, identify the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of general administration in schools, and establish guidelines for developing the relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of general administration in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mukdahan. The samples consisted of 63 administrators, 30 heads of the general administration group, and 183 Teachers, yielding a total of 276 participants working in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mukdahan. The research instrument consisted of a set of 5 - point rating scale questionnaires: Part 1 - Digital leadership of school administrators with the discriminative power ranging from 0.49 to 0.86 and the reliability of 0.98. and the effectiveness of general administration in schools with the discriminative power ranging from 0.49 to 0.92 and the reliability of 0.98. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, One - Way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.

The findings were as follows:

1. The school administrators’ digital leadership and the effectiveness of general administration in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mukdahan, as perceived by participants, were overall at a high level.    

2. The school administrators’ digital leadership and the effectiveness of general administration in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mukdahan, as perceived by participants with different positions, showed no differences in overall and each aspect.

3. The school administrators’ digital leadership and the effectiveness of general administration in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, as perceived by participants with different school sizes, showed no differences in overall and each aspect.

4. The school administrators’ digital leadership and the effectiveness of general administration in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mukdahan, as perceived by participants with different work experiences, showed no differences in overall and each aspect.

5. The school administrators’ digital leadership (X) had a positive correlation with the effectiveness of general administration in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mukdahan, (Y) at the .01 level of significance (r = .571).

6. Guidelines for developing school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mukdahan consisted of four aspects: 1) cooperation, 2) digital knowledge, 3) digital vision, and 4) digital communication.
