การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเต่างอยพัฒนศึกษา  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23 2) หาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน   และ 3) ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานการเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย 1) กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย  จำนวน 26 คน ได้แก่  ผู้วิจัย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียน ครูที่ปรึกษานักเรียน  จำนวน 23 คน 2) กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 80  คน โดยใช้การเลือกแบบจงเจาะ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนนักเรียนที่ไม่ใช่ครูที่ปรึกษา จำนวน 9 คน ตัวแทนนักเรียน จำนวน  46 คน ตัวแทนผู้ปกครอง จำนวน  23  คน  ตัวแทนคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 2 คน กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการพัฒนา เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 6   โดยเลือกจากนักเรียนจำนวน  23  ห้อง  ห้องละ 5  คน  จำนวน 115 คน  ปีการศึกษา 2557 โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกรายงานการประชุม  แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบสังเกต  แบบประเมิน และแบบบันทึกการนิเทศติดตาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่  ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean)  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard  Deviation) และร้อยละ (Percentage) ร้อยละความก้าวหน้า ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ นำเสนอเป็นความเรียง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.  สภาพและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน  โรงเรียนเต่างอยพัฒนศึกษา   สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23 มีดังนี้

1.1  สภาพเกี่ยวกับวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน พบว่า นักเรียนขาดการกำกับดูแลจากครูในการทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ และเมื่อนักเรียนกระทำความดีขาดการยกย่องชมเชย  นอกจากนั้นความรู้ความเข้าใจในแนวทางการพัฒนา การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียนอย่างเป็นระบบของครูยังมีน้อย

1.2  ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน  มีดังนี้  1.2.1) การเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง พบว่า นักเรียนแต่งกายไม่ถูกตามระเบียบของโรงเรียน มาโรงเรียนสายไม่ทันเวลาเข้าแถวเคารพธงชาติ  ส่งงานไม่ตรง           ตามเวลา  และทำงานไม่เสร็จทันตามกำหนด  1. 2.2) การเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม พบว่า นักเรียนไม่ช่วยเพื่อนทำความสะอาดห้องเรียนและเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ

2.  แนวทางการเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน ในวงรอบที่ 1 ประกอบด้วย 1) การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2) การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน จำนวน 6 กิจกรรม ได้แก่  กิจกรรมโฮมรูม กิจกรรมคำมั่นสัญญา กิจกรรมประกวดนักเรียนต้นแบบ  ต.พ.ศ.  กิจกรรมเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ กิจกรรมประกวดห้องเรียนสะอาด กิจกรรมเยี่ยมบ้าน และ 3) การนิเทศติดตาม ในวงรอบที่ 2 ประกอบด้วย  1) การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน จำนวน 2 กิจกรรม คือ กิจกรรมโฮมรูมและกิจกรรมเยี่ยมบ้าน 2) การนิเทศติดตาม

3.  ผลการพัฒนาเพื่อเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน พบว่า ครูผู้ร่วมวิจัยทุกคนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และได้แนวทางการพัฒนาการเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียนโดยสามารถจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างวินัยของนักเรียนด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและต่อสังคมได้อย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นระบบมากขึ้น  และมีแนวทางการดำเนินงานไปในทางเดียวกัน ทำให้นักเรียนมีวินัยและปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นทั้งด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม

This study aimed to 1) investigate disciplinary states and problems on responsibility of the students at Tao Ngoi Phatthanasuksa School, 2) find out guidelines of the application on the generation of discipline on responsibility among the students, and 3) monitor effects of the enhancement application of the disciplinary responsibility of the students. The sampling group consisted of 26 participants in the research group comprising the researcher, school director, assistant director of student affairs, teacher-advisors along with 80 respondents including 9 non- teacher-advisors, 46 representatives of the students and 3 representatives of parents/guardians. The target group  used for the development included the students of Mathayom Suksa 1-6 in the academic year 2014  from 26 classrooms altogether , 5 students from each classroom= a total of 115 participants. Tools used to collect data were composed of a form of interview, a form of observation, a questionnaire, a form of evaluation and a form of meeting minute as well. Mean, standard deviation, percentage and Percentage of Progress were applied for quantitative data. Descriptive analysis was employed for qualitative data.

The findings of the study were as follows:

1. The states and problems of the disciple on responsibility among thestudents at Tao Ngoi Phatthanasuksa  School were:

1.1 The states of discipline on responsibility of the students revealed that the students faced a lack of control and monitoring on disciplinary   activities from the teachers and whenever they did a good deed, they were neglected of being praised of their good deeds. Besides, the teachers encountered a lack of knowledge and understanding on means of development application on the enhancement of systematic responsibility discipline of the students.

1.2 The problems of discipline on responsibility could be divided into 2 aspects: 1.2.1 Self-responsibility indicated that  the students’ dressing was against the school regulations; they came to school late for the morning flagpole assembly; they handed in their assignment late after the deadline and they also finished  their work late for the designated time. 1.2.2  In case of the social responsibility, it was found that the students rarely help their colleagues clean the classrooms and designated areas.

2. The guidelines of enhancement development  of discipline  on responsibility among the students in the first spiral comprised 3 means: 1) a workshop, 2) application of disciplinary enhancement on responsibility  including the following 6 activities- homeroom activity, commitment activity, model student contest activity, student’s home visiting activity, designated area activity, clean classroom competition  activity and home-visiting activity , 3) monitoring supervision  in the second spiral comprised 2 means: 1) activity application on the disciplinary enhancement on the students’ responsibility based on 2 activities: homeroom and student’s home visiting activities, 2) monitoring supervision.

3. The effects of the development of enhancing the disciplinary responsibility of the students revealed that every co-researcher gained knowledge, understanding and guidelines to conduct activities on the enhancement of the students’ discipline on self-responsibility and social responsibility as well. This became more systematic and was in the same direction. This made the students able to   change their  disciplinary behaviors up to a better degree both self- and social responsibilities.
