การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ  1)  ศึกษาสภาพ และปัญหาความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  2) หาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  3) ติดตามผลการเสริมสร้างความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  โรงเรียนบ้านห้วยหินลาด  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร  เขต 3  กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย  กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย  จำนวน  5  คน  ประกอบด้วย ผู้วิจัย  ครูหัวหน้างานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน   ครูที่ปรึกษานักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน  3 คน  กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล  จำนวน  63  คน  ประกอบด้วย  ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน  ครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน  3  คน  ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน  26  คน  ครูเวรประจำวัน  จำนวน 5  คน  ตัวแทนคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน  จำนวน  2  คน  นักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย  จำนวน  26  คน  โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีขั้นตอน  4  ขั้นตอน  คือ  การวางแผน  การปฏิบัติการ การสังเกตการณ์ และการสะท้อนกลับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้  ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์  แบบสอบถาม  แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม แบบบันทึกรายงานการประชุม และแบบบันทึกการนิเทศภายในแบบการประชุมนิเทศ  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.  สภาพ และปัญหา ความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  โรงเรียนบ้านห้วยหินลาด  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร  เขต 3  พบว่า  1) สภาพความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ได้แก่  1.1) ด้านเครื่องแต่งกาย คือ แต่งกายไม่ถูกระเบียบและข้อบังคับของทางโรงเรียน 1.2) ด้านทรงผม คือ ไว้ทรงผม ไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับของโรงเรียน  และ 2) ปัญหาความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนมีปัจจัยที่เป็นสาเหตุ ได้แก่  2.1) ปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียน 2.2) ปัจจัยทางครอบครัว  และ  2.3) ปัจจัยด้านนักเรียน  

2.  แนวทางการเสริมสร้างความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  โรงเรียนบ้านห้วยหินลาด  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร  เขต  3  ประกอบด้วย  1)  การประชุมแบบมีส่วนร่วม  2)  กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความมีวินัยนักเรียนด้านการแต่งกาย ได้แก่  2.1)  กิจกรรมรับนักเรียนหน้าประตู  2.2)  กิจกรรมอบรมความมีวินัยนักเรียนด้านการแต่งกาย 2.3)  กิจกรรมประกวดการแต่งกายดีมีวินัย  3) การนิเทศภายใน

3.  ผลการเสริมสร้างความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  โรงเรียนบ้านห้วยหินลาด  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร  เขต  3  จากการดำเนินงานตามแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียน  พบว่า บุคลากรในโรงเรียนกับชุมชนมีการร่วมมือกันอย่างจิงจัง ผู้ปกครองดูแล เอาใจใส่บุตรหลานมากขึ้น นักเรียนเห็นคุณค่าและความสำคัญของวินัยด้านการแต่งกาย ทำให้นักเรียนแต่งเครื่องแต่งกาย และไว้ทรงผม ถูกต้องตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของทางโรงเรียน ส่งผลให้คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์เรื่องความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายดีขึ้นมาก  จากผลหลังการเสริมสร้างความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนการเสริมสร้างความมีวินัยด้านการแต่งกายของนักเรียน

The purposes of this study were to   1)  to investigate the current conditions and problems of the students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing. 2) to find out the ways for enhancing the of the students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing. 3) to monitor the results of the enhancement of the students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing in Lower Secondary  students at Ban Huai Hin Lat School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area3. The target groups were  5 co-researchers consist of : a researcher, head of the Student Care and Support System, 3 homeroom teachers of Mathayomsuksa 1-3.The informants were composed of 63 participants comprise of: the school director,3 teachers of Mathayomsuksa 1-3, 5 daily secured teachers, 2 School Committee members,26 parents or guardians, and 26 risk – taking behaviors students from Mathayomsuksa 1-3. This study consist of 4 steps : Planning, Action, Observing, and Reflection. The instruments used in this study were; a form of interview, a questionnaire, a form of  behavioral observation, the minutes of meeting and minutes of supervision. The statistics used for data analysis were ; mean, percentage, and standard deviation.

The findings were as follows :

1.  The current conditions and problems of students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing in Lower Secondary students at Ban Huai Hin Lat School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area3 issues : 1) In the terms of the current conditions of students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing in Lower Secondary students. Those with significant features were : 1.1 The school uniform dressing. Some students did not follow the school rules. 1.2 The hair style.Those did not follow the rules of the school. 2) In the terms of the problems of students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing, it was determined that : 2.1 In the school factors. 2.2 In the case of the family factors. 2.3 In the case of the student factors.

2.  The proposed way for enhancing students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing in Lower Secondary students at Ban Huai Hin Lat School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area3.are including 1. Cooperative meeting. 2. The activities to enhance students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing such as; The welcome activities at the entrance way of school every morning. 2.2 The disciplines on school uniform costumes training.  2.3) The competitions on good school uniform dressing.  3)The Internal supervision meeting.  

3.  The results of monitoring the enhancement of the students’ disciplines on school uniform dressing in Lower Secondary  Students at Ban Huai Hin Lat School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area3  revealed that school personnel and community participated practically in this implementation. The guardians were more take care of and look after their children than ever. The students appreciated and gave precedence to discipline of the school uniform dressing. This implementation helped the students to observe the school rules in school uniform dressing and hair dressing. These lead to help the students obtain the better desirable behaviors and better disciplines. The effects after the implementation were higher than before the applications.
