การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างด้านวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 และ 2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างด้านวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาเอกสารและข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาหลักสูตร ระยะที่ 3 ทดลองใช้และประเมินหลักสูตร และระยะที่ 4 การปรับปรุงหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนมหาชัยวิทยาคม จำนวนนักเรียน 20 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (cluster random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง 1.00 ค่าความยาก ระหว่าง 0.45-0.79 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.23-0.90 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.92 2) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมด้านวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง 1.00 และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรม มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง 1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ชนิดกลุ่มตัวอย่างไม่เป็นอิสระจากกัน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างด้านวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) จุดมุ่งหมาย 2) โครงสร้างเนื้อหา 3) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล

2. ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างด้านวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 พบว่า

2.1 ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับด้านวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

2.2 พฤติกรรมด้านวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่เข้ารับการอบรมตามหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น หลังการฝึกอบรม 1 เดือน สูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

 2.3 ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างด้านวินัยและความซื่อสัตย์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop a training curriculum to enhance discipline and integrity of Mathayomsuksa 2 students and 2) to investigate the effectiveness of the training curriculum enhance discipline and integrity of Mathayomsuksa 2 students. The research process was divided into 4 phases: phase 1 was the study of documents and fundamental information, phase 2 was the development of the training curriculum, phase 3 was the try-out and evaluation of the curriculum, and phase 4 was the curriculum improvement. The sample group of in the present study were 20 Mathayomsuksa 2 students at Mahachai Witthayakhom School. They were obtained through cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this research consisted were: 1) a multiple-choice test of knowledge and understanding about discipline and integrity, which provided the content validity index at 1.00, difficulty index between 0.45-0.79, discrimination index at 0.23-0.90 and the reliability value was 0.92; 2) an evaluation form on students’ students’ behaviors in discipline and integrity, which provided the content validity index at 1.00, and 3) an evaluation form on students’ satisfactions towards the training curriculum, which provided the content validity index at 1.00. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The results were:

1. The training curriculum to enhance discipline and integrity consisted 4 components: 1) objectives; 2) content structure; 3) learning activities; and 4) measurement and evaluation.

2. The effectiveness of the training curriculum to enhance discipline and integrity of Mathayomsuksa 2 students were:

2.1 Knowledge and understanding about discipline and integrity of Mathayomsuksa 2 students after training was higher than before training with statistical significance at .05.

2.2 Students’ behaviors indicated that the discipline and integrity of Mathayomsuksa 2 students, who attended the 1 month training, after training was higher than before training with statistical significance at .05.

2.3 The students' satisfactions towards the training curriculum to enhance discipline and integrity of Mathayomsuksa 2 students were at the highest level
