การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้จริยธรรมการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล 2) ทดสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้จริยธรรมการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ3) พัฒนาคู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้จริยธรรมการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล การดำเนินการมี 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การกำหนดกรอบความคิด และการพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ ระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบตัวบ่งชี้จริยธรรมการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์พยาบาลและพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยง จำนวน 500 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน และระยะที่ 3 การจัดทำคู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้  เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล และประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้โดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1.ตัวบ่งชี้จริยธรรมการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก 18 องค์ประกอบย่อย 60 ตัวบ่งชี้ จำแนกเป็น ความซื่อสัตย์ จำนวน 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ ความรับผิดชอบจำนวน 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ ความมีวินัยจำนวน 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ การเคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์จำนวน 13 ตัวบ่งชี้ การตัดสินปัญหาเชิงจริยธรรมจำนวน 10ตัวบ่งชี้ และเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลจำนวน 10 ตัวบ่งชี้

2. โมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้จริยธรรมการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (ไค-สแควร์ เท่ากับ 195.84ค่าองศาอิสระ เท่ากับ 284 ค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เท่ากับ .66 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน เท่ากับ .95 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องที่ปรับแก้แล้ว เท่ากับ 0.91 และค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ เท่ากับ 0.000 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3. คู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้จริยธรรมการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.56 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.09)

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop indicators of ethical nursing practice, 2) to test goodness of fit of the developed structural equation model of ethical nursing practice indicators with the empirical data, and 3) to develop the handbook of ethical nursing practice indicators for nursing students. The research was conducted into three phases: Phase I- creating conceptual framework and drafting indicators through document inquiries, and verifying the content validity by experts. Phase II- testing the goodness of fit of the ethical nursing practice indicators with the empirical data. The data were collected from 500 nursing instructors and preceptors, selected by multi-stage random sampling. Phase III producing handbook for ethical nursing practice application. Data collection tool was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the confirmatory factor analysis through LISREL Program. Mean and standard deviation were also employed to assess the appropriateness of the developed handbook for indicator application.

The finding were as follows:

1. The indicators of ethical nursing practice for nursing students consisted of six main elements, 18 sub-elements and 60 indicators, which were divided into 9 indicators of honesty, 9 indicators of responsibility, 9 indicators of discipline, and 13 indicators of respect for human rights, 10 indicators of ethics decision and 10 indicators of attitude toward nursing practice.

 2. The goodness of fit of the developed structural equation model ofethical nursing practice indicators showed its consistency with the empirical databy having Chi-square =195.84, degree of freedom (df) =284, p-value =.66, goodness-of-fit index (GFI) =.95, adjusted goodness-of-fit index (AGFI) = 0.91 and root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) =0.000 (Chi-square =195.84,df =284, p-value =.66, GFI =.95, AGFI =.91, RMSEA =0.000). Statistical analysis results thus confirmed the research hypotheses.

3. The handbook of ethical nursing practice indicator as a whole wereappropriate at the highest level. (= 4.56, S.D.= 0.09)
