การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมเพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมด้านศาสนพิธี ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนธาตุพนม  2) ศึกษาผลการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านศาสนพิธี ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนธาตุพนม กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ห้อง 1 โรงเรียนธาตุพนม ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 35 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านศาสนพิธี 2) แบบประเมินทักษะในการปฏิบัติศาสนพิธี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติทดสอบที (t-test for Dependent Samples) และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. แนวทางที่เหมาะสมเพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมด้านศาสนพิธีของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนธาตุพนม พบว่า การดำเนินการตาม กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ PAOR จำนวน 2 รอบ โดยดำเนินการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมด้านศาสนพิธีทั้ง 15 กิจกรรม สามารถเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านศาสนพิธีได้

2. ผลการทดลองใช้แนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านศาสนพิธี ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนธาตุพนม พบว่า นักเรียนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านศาสนพิธีหลังปฏิบัติกิจกรรมด้านศาสนพิธีสูงกว่าก่อนการปฏิบัติและนักเรียนมีทักษะในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมด้านศาสนพิธีทั้ง 15 กิจกรรมผ่านเกณฑ์ได้เป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางที่ดีในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านศาสนพิธี จึงมีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะนำไปจัดเป็นกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนหรือเป็นแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านศาสนพิธีให้กับนักเรียนในระดับชั้นอื่นๆ ได้
 

The purposes of this research were to: 1) examine the guidelines for developing leadership on Buddhist ceremonial practice for Mathayomsuksa 6 students at That Phanom School, and 2) explore the effects after the development of leadership on Buddhist ceremonial practice of Mathayomsuksa 6 students at That Phanom School. The samples, obtained through purposive sampling, were 35 of Mathayomsuksa 6/1 students at That Phanom School, in the first semester of academic year 2018. The research instruments consisted of a test on knowledge and understanding of Buddhist ceremonial practice, and an assessment on skills on Buddhist ceremonial practice. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for Dependent Samples, and content analysis.

The findings were as follows: 

1. The appropriate guidelines for leadership development on Buddhist ceremonial practice for Mathayomsuksa 6 at That Phanom School revealed that the research embedded two spirals of participatory action research (PAOR) to ensure effective and desired implementation of 15 activities of Buddhist ceremonial practice, and thus was fit for purpose.

2. The effects after the implementation of the proposed guidelines revealed that students’ knowledge and understanding about Buddhist ceremonial practice after the intervention were higher than those of before the intervention. The students performed Buddhist ceremonial practice containing 15 activities and achieved an impressive pass rate in accordance with the defined criteria. It could be concluded that the proposed guidelines were feasible for implementing into practice or being guidelines for developing leadership on Buddhist ceremonial practice for students at different levels.
