การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้รูปแบบการสอน B-SLIM สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษา ปีที่ 5 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอน B-SLIM สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 25 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้รูปแบบการสอน  B-SLIM ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้รูปแบบ  การสอน B-SLIM สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 2) เนื้อหา 3) กระบวนการฝึกอบรม และ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล 

2. ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอน B-SLIM สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 พบว่า
            2.1 นักเรียนมีทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
            2.2 นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้รูปแบบการสอน B-SLIM อยู่ในระดับดีมาก
 

The objectives of this study were to: 1) develop a training curriculum to promote English speaking skills using B-SLIM model for Prathomsuksa 5 students, 2) evaluate the effectiveness of the training curriculum to promote English speaking skills using B-SLIM model for Prathomsuksa 5 students. The samples were  25 Prathomsuksa 5 students in a school under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, academic year 2020, by the time of data collection. The samples were randomly selected using cluster sampling.  The instrument used in this study was a training curriculum to promote English speaking skills using B-SLIM model which obtained the highest level of the appropriateness. Statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation.

The results were as follows.

1. The training curriculum to promote English speaking skills using B-SLIM model for Prathomsuksa 5 students comprised four components:  1) objectives, 2) contents, 3) training process and 4) measurement and evaluation.

2. The effectiveness of the training curriculum to promote English speaking skills using B-SLIM model for Prathomsuksa 5 students showed that,

            2.1 English speaking skills of students were at the highest level. 
            2.2 Students’ satisfaction of the training curriculum to promote English speaking skills using B-SLIM model was at the highest level.
