การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน สำหรับผู้นำสภานักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจ เรื่อง มนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานระหว่างก่อนและหลัง ฝึกอบรม 3) ประเมินทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน สำหรับผู้นำสภานักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน สำหรับผู้นำสภานักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้นำสภานักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนบ้านคำนกกกและโรงเรียนบ้านดอนกลาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานสำหรับผู้นำสภานักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ค่าคุณภาพเครื่องมือมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.83 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉเลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติทดสอบที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน สำหรับผู้นำสภานักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 2) เนื้อหา 3) กระบวนการฝึกอบรม และ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล 

2. ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์สำหรับผู้นำสภานักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พบว่าหลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์สำหรับผู้นำสภานักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  อยู่ในระดับดีมาก

 4. ผู้นำสภานักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก
 

This research aims to 1) create training courses to strengthen Human relations in work For junior high school student council leaders 2) Compare the knowledge and understanding of interpersonal relationships before and after the training 3) Assess the interpersonal skills in the workplace. For junior high school student council leaders 4) Study satisfaction towards training courses for enhancing human relations in work For junior high school student council leaders The samples used in the research were Leaders of the Junior High School Student Council, Ban Kam Nok Kok School and Ban Don Klang School Under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area 2 in Semester 2, Academic Year 2020, 40 people Randomly acquired The research tool is a functional interpersonal training course for junior high school student council leaders The average tool quality was 4.83, which was the highest. The statistics used for data analysis were average, percentage, standard deviation. And test statistics     

The results of the research were as follows:

1. Training courses to strengthen human relations in the workplace. For junior high school student council leaders There are four components of the curriculum: 1) Aims of the course 2) Content 3) Training process and 4) Measurement and evaluation

2. Knowledge and understanding of interpersonal relations for junior high school student council leaders It was found that after training was significantly higher than before at the .01 level

3. Interpersonal skills for junior high school student council leaders Very good

4. Junior high school student council leader Satisfaction with training courses to strengthen human relations in the workplace. Very good
