การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เขต 3 สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีจำนวน 254 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 18 คน รองผู้อำนวยการ 36 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 200 คน ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 รวมทั้งสิ้น 254 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มี 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านที่ 1 ปัจจัยการบริหาร มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .898 ด้านที่ 2 ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .948 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ One-Way ANOVA ใช้ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  

1. ปัจจัยการบริหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 

2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 

3. ปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. ปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 

5. ปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ปัจจัยบริหารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนประสิทธิผลโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

6. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ระดับปานกลาง (Rxy = .510)

7. ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียนที่นำมาวิเคราะห์  จำนวน 5 ด้าน พบว่า มี จำนวน 2 ด้าน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียนได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร และด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ โดยมีค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวม ได้ร้อยละ 25.40 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ เท่ากับ ±.47313 

8. แนวทางการพัฒนาการปัจจัยการบริหารส่งผลประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน การกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา จำนวน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร 
 

The purposes of this research aimed to examine, compare, determine the relationship, and identify the predictive power of administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of school administration in the Charity Schools in Buddhist Temples in the Northeastern Region 3 under the Office of the Private Education Commission. The sample, obtained through multi-stage random sampling, consisted of 254 participants, including 18 school directors, 36 deputy directors, and 200 teachers in the academic year 2022. The research instrument for data collection was a set of rating scale questionnaires comprising two aspects: Aspect 1-administrative factors with the reliability of .898, and Aspect 2- the effectiveness of school administration with the reliability of .948. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested through One-Way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings were as follows:

1. The administrative factors were overall at a high level.

2. The effectiveness of school administration was overall at a high level.

3. The administrative factors and the effectiveness of school administration, classified by positions, showed no differences overall and in each aspect.

4. The administrative factors and the effectiveness of school administration, classified by school sizes, showed no differences overall and in each aspect.

5. The administrative factors classified by work experience were significantly different at the .05 level of significance, whereas the effectiveness of school administration showed no differences overall or in each aspect.

6. The relationship between administrative factors and the effectiveness of school administration had a positive correlation at the .01 level of significance with a medium level (Rxy = .510).

7. The five aspects of administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of school administration were analyzed. Two aspects could predict the effectiveness of school administration at the .01 level of significance, namely personnel development, organizational atmosphere and culture with the predictive power of 25.40 percent and the standard error of estimate of ±.47313.

8. Guidelines for developing administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of school administration in the Charity Schools in Buddhist Temples consisted of two aspects, namely the organizational atmosphere and culture, and personnel development.
