การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) สร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนโดยการเปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อจิตสาธารณะระหว่างก่อนและหลังใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ศึกษาพฤติกรรมจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนหลังใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนนาเดื่อพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 และมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับจิตสาธารณะมีค่าความยากระหว่าง 0.40 ถึง 0.67 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.27 ถึง 0.60 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.79 แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมจิตสาธารณะมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีชนิดกลุ่มตัวอย่างไม่เป็นอิสระจากกัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร 3) เนื้อหาสาระ 4) กิจกรรมฝึกอบรม และ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล ส่วนประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมพบว่ามีประสิทธิภาพ 87.56/89.00 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้

2. ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน เป็นดังนี้

2.1 ความรู้ความเข้าใจหลังการฝึกอบรมด้วยหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่  ระดับ .01

2.2 พฤติกรรมจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนหลังใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2.3 ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
 

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop and investigate the efficiency of a training curriculum to the enhance public mind of students with the criteria at 80/80, 2) to investigate the efficiency of the training curriculum to enhance the public mind of students by comparing students’ knowledge and understanding on public mind between before and after implementing the training curriculum, studying students’ behaviour after employing the training curriculum, and investigating the students’ satisfactions towards the training curriculum. The target group included 30 students who were studying at Mathayomsuksa 1 at Naduapittayakhom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 22 in academic year 2020. They were selected using simple random sampling. The research instruments consisted of a training curriculum, which obtained IOC index at 1.00, and the appropriateness value was at the highest level, a subjective test on public mind, which provided difficulty index from 0.40 to 0.67, the discrimination index from 0.27 to 0.60, and the reliability index at 0.79, an assessment form on students’ behaviour with IOC index at 1.00, and a questionnaire on students’ satisfactions towards the training curriculum to enhance the public mind of students with the IOC index at 1.00. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples.

The results showed that:

1. The training curriculum to enhance public mind of students consisted of five components: 1) rationale and background, 2) objectives of the curriculum, 
3) contents, 4) training activities, and 5) assessment and evaluation. The training curriculum obtained the efficiency at 87.56/89.00, which were higher than the set criteria at 80/80.

2. The effectiveness of the training curriculum to enhance the public mind of students were:

2.1 The students’ knowledge and understanding on the public mind after training were higher than before training with statistical significance at.01.

2.2 The students’ behaviour on public mind after the training curriculum implementation in overall and each aspect was at the highest level.

2.3 The students’ satisfactions towards the training curriculum to enhance the public mind was at the highest level.
