การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้อำนวยการ ครูพระ และครูฆราวาส ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 10 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 186 รูป/คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบใช้สัดส่วน (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling) ผู้อำนวยการ จำนวน 43 รูป ครูพระ จำนวน 71 รูป และครูฆราวาส จำนวน 72 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านที่ 1 ปัจจัยการบริหารของโรงเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.948 ด้านที่ 2 ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.981 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ t-test, F-test (One - way ANOVA) ใช้ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product – moment correlation) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 10 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการ ครูพระ และครูฆราวาส โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 10 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการ ครูพระ และครูฆราวาส โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 10 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการ ครูพระ และครูฆราวาสที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียนมีขนาดแตกต่างกัน โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนรายด้านมีด้านผู้บริหาร     มีความเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีความเห็นมากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง

4. ปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 10 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการ ครูพระและครูฆราวาสที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดที่โรงเรียนตั้งอยู่แตกต่างกัน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการบริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 10 สัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

6. ปัจจัยการบริหารของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 10

ด้านผู้เรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านชุมชน และด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยี มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโดยรวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ ร้อยละ 72.20 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ ±.28768

7. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนา จำนวน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านชุมชน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยี และด้านผู้เรียน

The purposes of this research aimed to examine factors affecting effectiveness of academic affairs administration of Phrapariyattidhamma schools in General Education Division, Group 10 under the National Office of Buddhism.          The sample, obtained through proportional stratified random sampling, were 43 directors, 71 monk teachers, and 72 layman teachers, yielding a total of 186 participants from Phrapariyattidhamma schools in General Education Division, Group 10 in the academic year 2019. The research instrument for data collection was a rating scale questionnaire containing two aspects: Aspect 1: School administrative factors with the reliability of .948; Aspect 2: Effectiveness of school academic affairs administration with the reliability of .981. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing was done through t-test and F-test (One – Way ANOVA), Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings were as follows:

1. The administrative factors and effectiveness of school academic affairs administration, as perceived by participants were at a high level in overall.

2. The administrative factors and effectiveness of school academic affairs administration, as perceived by participants as a whole and each aspect were not different.

3. The administrative factors and effectiveness of school academic affairs administration, as perceived by participants from different school sizes, were not different in overall. As for each aspect, school administrators in small schools perceived the said variables with the statistically significant difference at the .05 level more than those in medium-sized schools.

4. The administrative factors and effectiveness of school academic affairs administration, perceived by participants working in schools from different provinces, showed statistical significance at .05 level.

5. The administrative factors and effectiveness of school academic affairs administration had a positive relationship at the .01 statistical significance level.

6. The administrative factors in terms of learners, buildings, community, and equipment and technology had a predictive power on effectiveness of academic affairs administration at the .01 statistical significance level in overall with a predictive power of 72.20 percent and standard error of estimate of ±.28768.

7. The administrative factors affecting effectiveness of school academic affairs administration needing improvement involved four aspects: community, building, equipment and technology, and learners.
