การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning ของโรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลายวัดไชยะพูมาราม 2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย วัดไชยะพูมาราม และ 3) ติดตามผลของการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย ดำเนินการวิจัยปฏิบัติการ โดยดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ แต่ละวงรอบประกอบด้วย การวางแผนการปฏิบัติการ การสังเกตการณ์ และการสะท้อนกลับ กลุ่มเป้าหมายของการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้วิจัยและผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 22 รูป/คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล 18 รูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบียนมาตรฐาน นำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning ของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย วัดไชยะพูมาราม พบว่า) 1) สภาพที่พบ คือ ครูจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบรรยาย ไม่เน้นการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning 2) ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning พบว่า ครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ ขาดทักษะในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning และการนิเทศภายในยังไม่เป็นระบบ

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย วัดไชยะพูมาราม ประกอบด้วย วงรอบที่ 1 ใช้การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และการนิเทศภายใน วงรอบที่ 2 ใช้การนิเทศแบบสอนงาน

3. ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning ในโรงเรียนมัธยมสงฆ์ตอนปลาย วัดไชยะพูมาราม พบว่า 1) ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning เพิ่มมากขึ้น หลังจากการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning  โดยมีผลการประเมินในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูมีความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning  โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 4) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ Active learning  อยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposed of this research were to: 1) investigate the conditions and problems of leaning management based on active learning of teachers at Monk high schools Chaiyaphumaram temple; 2) establish the guidelines for developing teacher’s potential on learning management based on active learning; and 3) follow up the effects after the intervention. The 2 – spiral participatory action research was employed consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The target group comprised a total 22 educators, including the researcher and co-researchers, and 18 informants. The instruments were an observation form, an assessment form, a test, and an interview form. The statistics for data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The contents were presented in the descriptive report.

The findings of the research were as follows:

1. The conditions and problems of learning management based on active learning of teachers at Monk high schools Chaiyaphumaram temple revealed that 1) in terms of conditions; teacher used a lecture method instead of the active learning 2) in terms of problems, teachers apparently lacked knowledge, understanding and skill on learning management based on active learning and the internal supervision was not performed systemically,

2. The guidelines for developing teacher’s potential on learning management based on active learning at Monk high school Chaiyaphumaran temple Kaysone phomvihane city Savannakhet province lao people’s democratic republic 1) a workshop, 2) a field trip, and 3) an internal supervision.

3.  Regarding the effects after the intervention, it was revealed that 1) teachers who attended the workshop gained better knowledge on learning management based on active learning as a whole at a high level, 2) teachers were able to write lesson plans based on active learning as a whole at a high level, and 3) student’s learning behaviors concerning management based of active learning as a whole were at a high level, and 4) the level of student satisfaction toward learning management  based on active learning was at a high level.
