การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการจัดประสบการณ์และศึกษาคุณลักษณะความเป็นคนดีของเด็กปฐมวัยโดยการจัดประสบการณ์การเล่านิทานคุณธรรม โรงเรียนอนุบาลวิภาวี จังหวัดบึงกาฬ กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นเด็กปฐมวัยชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 3/1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 โรงเรียนอนุบาลวิภาวี จังหวัดบึงกาฬ จำนวน 19 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย นิทานคุณธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะความเป็นคนดี จำนวน 10 เรื่อง มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 แผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเล่านิทานคุณธรรม จำนวน 10 แผน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด แบบสังเกตคุณลักษณะความเป็นคนดี มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.89 และแบบวัดคุณลักษณะความเป็นคนดี มีค่าความยาก ระหว่าง 0.57-0.78 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.28-0.85 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

1. แผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเล่านิทานคุณธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะความเป็นคนดีของเด็กปฐมวัย มี 7 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) ชื่อแผน ชื่อเรื่อง 2) จุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ 3) สาระการเรียนรู้ 4) กิจกรรมการจัดประสบการณ์การเล่านิทานคุณธรรม 5) สื่อ 6) การวัดผลและประเมินผล 7) บันทึกหลังการสอน โดยแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเล่านิทานคุณธรรมทั้ง 10 แผน มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. ผลการศึกษาความเป็นคนดีของเด็กปฐมวัยหลังการจัดประสบการณ์การเล่านิทานคุณธรรม เป็นดังนี้

2.1 ผลการสังเกตคุณลักษณะความเป็นคนดีของเด็กปฐมวัย หลังจากการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้การเล่านิทานคุณธรรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก 

2.2 ผลการวัดคุณลักษณะความเป็นคนดีของเด็กปฐมวัย หลังจากการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้การเล่านิทานคุณธรรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
 

The objectives of this study were to develop an experiential management plan and to investigate the moral characteristics of young children from using moral fables storytelling in experiential management in Anuban Wipawee School, Bueng Kan Province. The sample group comprised 19 young children in kindergarten level, class 3/1 in the 2nd semester of the academic year B.E. 2563. The samples were selected through purposive sampling. The instruments used in data collection were ten moral fables for moral characteristics development with the IOC index at 1.00, ten moral fables storytelling experiential management plan with the highest level of appropriateness, an observation form on moral characteristics with the IOC index at 1.00, reliability index at 0.89, and an evaluation form on moral characteristics with difficulty index between 0.57-0.78, discrimination power index (r) between 0.28-0.85 and reliability index at 0.92. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. 

The study yielded the following results.    

1. The moral fables storytelling experiential management plan for moral characteristics development in young children consisted of seven components, namely name and topics of the plan, learning objectives, content, moral of fables storytelling experiential management activities, media, measurement and evaluation and post-lesson report. The appropriateness of the 10 experiential management plans was at the highest level.

2. The results from the moral characteristics of young children investigation were as follows.

2.1 The result from the observation of moral characteristics of young children after the moral fables storytelling experiential management was at the highest level.

2.2 The result from the measurement of moral characteristics of young children after the moral fables storytelling experiential management was at the highest level.
