การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะเรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบ้านหนองบัวงาม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 16 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ จำนวน 9 ชุด มีค่าความเหมาะสม ระหว่าง 4.51 ถึง 5.00 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ชนิดเลือกตอบ 3 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 ค่าความยาก ระหว่าง 0.40 ถึง 0.73 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.25 ถึง 0.53 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.85 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ระหว่าง 0.50 ถึง 1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.53 ถึง 0.83 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ชนิดกลุ่มตัวอย่างไม่เป็นอิสระจากกัน 

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1) ประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ เรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าเท่ากับ 89.44/85.63 
ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้

2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะเรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01  

3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ เรื่องมาตราตัวสะกด กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
 

The objectives of this study were to: 1) develop and examine the effectiveness of a supplementary exercise to be in compliance with the set criteria at 80/80, 2) compare students’ learning achievement before and after using the supplementary exercise and 3) explore students’ satisfaction towards the developed supplementary exercise on spelling section of Thai language learning strand for Primary 1 students in Ban Nong Bua Ngam School under the Office of Buengkan Primary Educational Service Area. The sample group consisted of 16 Primary 1 students in Ban Long Bua Ngam School in the 2nd semester of the academic year B.E. 2563. The samples were selected using simple random sampling. The tools employed in data collection comprised: 1) 9 copies of the supplementary exercise which obtained  the ICO index between 4.51 to 5.00, 2) an achievement test which was 3-choice test containing 30 items with the validity index at 1.00, difficulty index (p) between 0.40- to 0.73, discrimination power index (r) between 0.25 to 0.53 and reliability index at 0.85, 3) a 5-level rating scale questionnaire on students’ satisfaction towards the supplementary exercise which obtained the discrimination power index between 0.53 to 0.83 and reliability index at 0.92. Statistics implemented in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent. 

The results were as follows.

1. The effectiveness of the developed supplementary exercise on spelling section of Thai language learning strand for Primary 1 students was 89.44/85.63, which was higher than the set criteria at 80/80.

2. Students’ learning achievement after studying with the developed supplementary exercise on spelling section of Thai language learning strand for Primary 1 students was higher than that before studying with the developed supplementary exercise with statistical significance at .01.

3. Students’ satisfaction towards the developed supplementary exercise on spelling section of Thai language learning strand for Primary 1 students was at the highest level.
