การพัฒนาระบบการจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้าในอาคารด้วยอินเทอร์เน็ตของสรรพสิ่ง กรณีศึกษา อาคารศรีโคตรบูรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความต้องการระบบการจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้า2) พัฒนาระบบการจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้า 3) ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพและประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อระบบการจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้าในอาคารด้วยอินเทอร์เน็ตของสรรพสิ่ง กรณีศึกษา อาคารศรีโคตรบูรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ประชากร คือ บุคลากรวิทยาลัยการท่องเที่ยวและอุตสาหกรรมบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม จำนวน 40 คน การพัฒนาระบบพบว่า ระบบสามารถบันทึกการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าภายในห้องต่าง ๆ แสดงรายงานการใช้พลังงาน ณ ปัจจุบันและย้อนหลัง รวมถึงสรุปค่าไฟฟ้า โดยผู้ใช้งานระบบสามารถควบคุมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าด้วยตัวเองหรือสั่งเปิด-ปิดเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าแบบอัตโนมัติเมื่อไม่มีคนอยู่ภายในห้องทำงานผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Blynk การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการทำงานได้ตามฟังก์ชันงานของระบบ (Functional Test) และความพึงพอใจต่อระบบ พบว่า ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานระบบ (Functional Requirement Test)
 

This research aimed to 1) study the current conditions, problems, and needs of the building's electric power management system, 2) develop the electric power management system, 3) test the performance and satisfaction of the electric power management system by using the Internet of Things in the buildings and the electric power system of Srikodtraboon Building, Nakhon Phanom University was adopted for the investigation in this case study. The samples included 40 personnel who worked at Tourism and Service Industry College, Nakhon Phanom University. The study revealed that the system could record the uses of electricity in different rooms, display current and historical energy consumption reports, as well as summarize the energy consumption in the electricity bills. In addition, the system users were able to control the electrical appliances by themselves, or set the system to automatically turn these electrical appliances on-off through the Blynk application when nobody was in the building rooms. The system was evaluated by the experts and it was found that its overall performance and satisfaction were at a high level. Regarding all aspects of the system, its function based on the Functional Test got the highest mean for the performance. At the same time, of all aspects of the satisfactions of the system, the ability to meet or fulfill the users’ needs according to the Functional Requirement Test gained the highest mean.
