การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยการบริหาร การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง และความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยการบริหารและการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำนวน 397 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.434-0.844 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .985 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

1. ปัจจัยการบริหารกองทุนหมู่บ้านในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x=2.97) การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองในการบริหารงานกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x =3.58) และความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x=3.34)

2. ตัวแปรย่อยของปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยนำเข้า (F2) (β=.275) ปัจจัยบริบท (F1) (β=.208) และปัจจัยกระบวนการ (F3) (β=.174) และสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ได้ร้อยละ 49.60 (R2Adj=.496) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ตัวแปรย่อยของการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ได้แก่ การประเมินผล (P4) (β=.394) การตัดสินใจ (P1) (β=.233) การรับผลประโยชน์ (P3) (β=.204) และการดำเนินการ (P2) (β=.159) ตามลำดับ และสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง ในเขตอำเภอดอนตาล จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ได้ร้อยละ 66.70 (R2Adj=.667) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
 

The purposes of this study included the following: 1) To investigate the level of factors of administration, members’ participation, and success in running the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province, 2) To study the influences of the factors of administration and the members’ participation on the success in running the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province. Obtained through stratified random sampling technique, the samples were 397 members of the village and urban funds whose domiciles were in Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province. The questionnaire with 0.80 – 1.00 IOC, 0.434-0.844 discrimination index, and .985 reliability was adopted as the research tool.  Statistics employed for data analysis were composed of frequency, percentage, standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis. 

The study revealed these results:

1. The administrative factors of the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province, as a whole, were at the moderate level ( x=2.97). The members’ participation in the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province, as a whole, was at the high level ( x=3.58). The success in running the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province, as a whole, was at the moderate level ( x=3.34). 

2. The sub-variables of the administrative factors which impacted on the success in running the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province consisted of the input factors (F2) (β=.275), context factors (F1) (β=.208) and process factors (F3) (β=.174). Altogether, these factors could be used to correctly predict the success in running the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province 49.60% (R2Adj=.496) at .05 level of statistical significance. 

3. The sub-variables of the participatory factors which impacted on the success in running the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province consisted of the assessment (P4) (β=.394), decision making, (P1) (β=.233), receiving benefits (P3) (β=.204), and the running (P2) (β=.159), respectively. Altogether, these factors could be used to correctly predict the success in running the village and urban funds of Don Tan District, Mukdahan Province 66.70% (R2Adj=.667) at .05 level of statistical significance.
