การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ และหาแนวทางทางการพัฒนาเสริมสร้างการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่สัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของสำนักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 11 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารการศึกษา ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่ม บุคลากรทางการศึกษาอื่น 38 ค. (1) และ (2) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของสำนักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 11 รวมทั้งสิ้น 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .48 - .93 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .90 และผลสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .62 - .91 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ F-test (One way ANOVA) และค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน 

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา จำแนกตาม สถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และระดับตำแหน่ง โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำแนกและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. ความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำแนกตามระดับตำแหน่ง โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

5. การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ กับความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 

6. แนวทางการพัฒนาเสริมสร้างการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่สัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของสำนักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 11 มีทั้งหมด 6 แนวทาง ได้แก่ 1) ด้านบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้เทคโนโลยี ที่สัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการ บุคลากรจะต้องได้รับการพัฒนาศักยภาพ เน้นการสร้างความตระหนักและความเข้าใจในบทบาทหน้าที่ และผู้บริหารส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้ครอบคลุมการทำงาน 2) ด้านข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ที่สัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการ ต้องมีการจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศอย่างเป็นระบบและนำข้อมูลไปใช้เพื่อการตัดสินใจด้านต่าง ๆ 3) ด้านการบริหารจัดการข้อมูล ที่สัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการ ต้องวางแผนจัดการข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสนับสนุนงบประมาณ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และอื่น ๆ อย่างเหมาะสม 4) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่สัมพันธ์กับการบริหารจัดการองค์การสู่ความเป็นเลิศ จะต้องมีการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร เครื่องมือ ระบบการปฏิบัติงาน และการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร 5) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่สัมพันธ์กับการบริหารและการจัดการศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ต้องพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ พัฒนาบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง และประยุกต์ใช้สื่อให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการเรียนการสอน 6) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่สัมพันธ์กับสัมฤทธิผลการบริหารและการจัดการศึกษา ต้องมีการวางแผนและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กร ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย ผู้บริหารให้การสนับสนุน และได้รับความร่วมมือจากทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
 

The purposes of this research were to: examine, compare, determine and develop the use of information technology related to the management success of the educational service area office in the area of the Office of Education Region 11. The samples used in the research consists of education administrators Group director Educational personnel 38 C.
