การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดนครพนม การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การยืนยันความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบผลลัพธ์การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ดำเนินการโดยศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และสังเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัยและการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนารูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ดำเนินการโดยศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และสังเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัยและการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และระยะที่ 3 ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ดำเนินการโดยการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของหัวหน้าสถานศึกษาและครูในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 282 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.40-0.80 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

         1. องค์ประกอบของผลลัพธ์การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ประกอบด้วย 1) คุณภาพเด็ก 2) การบริหารจัดการ และ 3) คุณภาพของกระบวนการจัดประสบการณ์ที่เน้นเด็กเป็นสำคัญ ทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

         2. รูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยสนับสนุนความสำเร็จในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 2) ขอบข่ายการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา 3) กระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา และ 4) ผลลัพธ์ของการประกันคุณภาพภายในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 

         3. รูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยขององค์ประกอบจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ปัจจัยสนับสนุนความสำเร็จในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ผลลัพธ์ของการประกันคุณภาพภายในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ขอบข่ายการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา และกระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ตามลำดับ

         The objectives of this study were to study the development of Internal quality assurance model of child development centers under Local government organization in Nakhon Phanom province. components of internal quality assurance operation result, develop and examine the suitability of internal quality assurance model of child development centers under local government organization in Nakhon Phanom province. The study was conducted in a mixed method research which could be divided into 3 phases. The first phase was the confirmation of the suitability of the resulting components of relevant concepts and theories, the synthesis of relevant articles and researches, and the inquiry of 5 experts' opinions, selected by purposive sampling. The second phase was model development by studying relevant concepts and theories, the synthesis of relevant articles and research, and the inquiry of 5 experts' opinions, selected by purposive sampling. The third phase was the study of the suitability of internal quality assurance model of child development centers under local government organization in Nakhon Phanom province by asking the opinion of administrators and teachers under local government organization in Nakhon Phanom province in the academic year B.E. 2565, totally 282, selected by multi-stage random sampling. The tool used in data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire which had content validity (IOC) between 0.60-1.00, discrimination power between 0.40-0.80 and reliability value at 0.98. Statistics implemented in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

          The findings were as follows:

          1.  The result components of internal quality assurance model of child development centers comprised of 3 elements, namely 1) Child Quality, 2) Management, and 3) The quality of child centered experience arrangement. All components were appropriate at a high level.

          2. The internal quality assurance model of child development centers comprised of 4 components 1) factors supporting success in educational quality assurance in child development center, 2) scope of internal quality assurance operation, 3) internal quality assurance operational process, and 4) internal quality assurance operation result.

          3. The internal quality assurance model of child development centers both in an overall and in each component was suitable at the high level and could be ranked from the highest to the lowest based on mean value as follows: factors supporting success in educational quality assurance in child development center, internal quality assurance operation results, scope of internal quality assurance operation, and internal quality assurance operational process, respectively.
