การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดนครพนม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารการศึกษาและครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดนครพนม ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 311 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 42 คน และครู จำนวน 269 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบ

หลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคลอง ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.45-0.83 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.46-0.83 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณทีละขั้นตอน

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                 1. ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก                        

                 2. ระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

                 3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงมาก (r_xy =.819) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

                 4. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อม (X₆) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วน (X₅) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร (X₂) และโครงสร้างองค์กร (X₃) สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (Y) ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กได้ร้อยละ 70.80 มีความ คลาดเคลื่อนของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ ±.266 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ได้ ดังนี้

                 5. แนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก มีจำนวน 4 แนวทาง ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร โครงสร้างองค์กร การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วน และสภาพแวดล้อม

              The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the effectiveness of child development center management under the local administrative organization Nakhon Phanom Province The samples of this study consisted of 311 participants of 42 administrators and 269 teachers, in academic year 2022. They were recruited using multi stage sampling. The tool used to collect data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The part of factors affecting the effectiveness of the administration of the Child Development Center indicated the validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discrimination value index ranged between 0.45-0.83 and reliability index was at 0.98, whereas the part of effectiveness of child development center administration indicated validity index ranged between 0.80-1.00, discrimination power index between 0.46-0.83. and reliability index was at 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.

             The findings were as follows.

                 1. The level of factors affecting the effectiveness of child development center management, in overall, was at high level.

                 2. The level of child development center management effectiveness, in overall, was at high level.

                 3. The factors affecting the effectiveness of child development center management and the effectiveness of child development center management showed positive correlation at the highest level (rxy .819) with statistical significance at .01.

                 4. The factors affecting the effectiveness of child development center management included environment (X₆), participatory management from all sectors (X₅), leadership of administrators (X₂), and organizational structure (X₃). The factors could predict the child development center management effectiveness(Y) with statistical significance at the .01. The variance in the child development center management effectiveness was at 70.80% of, with a forecast error of ±.266. The predictive equation can be written as follows.

                 5. The guidelines to develop the factors that affected the effectiveness of child development center management composed of four components, namely leadership of administrators, organizational structure, participatory management from all sectors and environment.
