การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหารของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน  ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม 4) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม จังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 348 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

1. ปัจจัยทางการบริหารของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม โดยภาพรวม มีการบริหารอยู่ในระดับมาก (x  =3.58) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการบริหารตลาด ( x =3.80) รองลงมาคือ ทิศทางวิสาหกิจชุมชน ( x =3.59) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ การบริหารสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน ( x =3.49)

2. ผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม โดยภาพรวมมีผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x =3.68) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านคุณภาพสินค้าและบริการ ( x =3.86) รองลงมาคือ ด้านประสิทธิผลตามภารกิจของวิสาหกิจชุมชน (x  =3.72) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านประสิทธิภาพของการดำเนินงาน ( x =3.58)

3. ปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านทิศทางวิสาหกิจชุมชน (β=.375) ด้านการจัดการความรู้และข้อมูลข่าวสาร (β=.300) และด้านการบริหารตลาด (β=.139) มีอิทธิพลต่อผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .00 ด้านกระบวนการจัดการสินค้าและบริการ (β=.148) และด้านการบริหารสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน (β=.103) มีอิทธิพลต่อผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์พยากรณ์ =.743 โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายระดับผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม ได้ร้อยละ 74.30 ส่วนด้านการวางแผนดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม

4. แนวทางในการพัฒนาปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอพรรณานิคม ควรพัฒนา ด้านการบริหารสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน  และด้านกระบวนการจัดการสินค้าและบริการ และแนวทางในการพัฒนาผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานวิสาหกิจชุมชนควรพัฒนา ด้านประสิทธิภาพของการดำเนินงาน และด้านการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน

The purposes of this study included the followings: 1) to investigate the level of administrative factors of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District, 2) to explore the level of operational results of community enterprises in  Phanna Nikhom District, 3) to examine the influences of administrative factors on the operational results of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District, and, 4) to survey and gain guidelines on developing community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District. Obtained through stratified random sampling techniques, the samples consisted of 348 members of the community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The instrument employed for data collection was a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were composed of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. 

 The results showed that

1. The administrative factors of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District, as a whole, were at the high level ( x =3.58). Contemplating each aspect, it was found that marketing administration gained the highest mean  (x  =3.80), community enterprises’ directions contained the second highest mean (x  =3.59), and the administration of community enterprises had the lowest mean (  x=3.49). 

2. The operational results of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District were at the high level (x  =3.68). Contemplating each aspect, it was found that the qualities of the products and services gained the highest mean  ( x =3.86),  the efficiency based on the functions of community enterprises contained the second highest mean ( x =3.86), and the operational efficiency got the lowest mean ( x =3.58).

3. Of the administrative factors, these factors significantly influenced on the operational results of the community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District  at .00 statistical level: community enterprises’ directions (β=.375), knowledge and information management (β=.300), and marketing management (β=.139). At the same time, products and services management process (β=.148) and member management of community enterprises (β=.103) significantly influenced on the operational results of the community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District at .01 statistical level with the prediction coefficient of .743. Altogether, they could be used to correctly predict the operational outcomes of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District 74.30%. However, the planning of community enterprises did not influence the operational outcomes of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District. 

4. These guidelines were given for developing administrative factors of community enterprises in Phanna Nikhom District: member management of community enterprises and products and services management process should be improved. Of the development of the operational results of the community enterprises, the operational efficiency and community enterprises should be upgraded.
