การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ และหาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 340 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi - Stage Random Sampling) จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 70 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 270 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านที่ 1 ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.891 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.315-0.857  ด้านที่ 2 ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ ในโรงเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.821 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.324 -0.892 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ t - test, One - Way ANOVA, ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product - Moment Correlation) และ การวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวม พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 

4. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีจำนวน 4 ด้าน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ การพัฒนาคุณภาพครูและบุคลากร (X3) การบริหารหลักสูตรและการสอน (X4) การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน (X1) และการสร้างบรรยากาศส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ (X2) โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ ในโรงเรียน ร้อยละ 66.50 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของพยากรณ์ เท่ากับ  0.33664

5. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน มีจำนวน 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาคุณภาพครูและบุคลากร 2) การบริหารหลักสูตรและการสอน 3) การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน และ 4) การสร้างบรรยากาศส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้
 

The purposes of this research were to examine, compare, determine the relationship, and identify the predictive power of school administrators' academic leadership affecting the effectiveness of learning management in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group, obtained through multi-stage random sampling, consisted of 70 school administrators and 270 teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2022, yielding a total of 340 participants. The tool for data collection was a set of rating scale questionnaires with two aspects. The first aspect covered school administrators’ academic leadership with the reliability of 0.891 and the predictive power ranging from 0.315 to 0.857. The second aspect contained the effectiveness of learning management in schools with the reliability of 0.821 and the predictive power ranging from 0.324 to 0.892. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, means, and standard deviation. In hypothesis testing, t - test, One - Way ANOVA, Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis were employed.

The research results were as follows: 

1. The academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of learning management in schools, as perceived by participants, were at a high level.

2. The overall academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of learning management in schools as perceived by participants, classified by position, differed at the level of 0.01 level of significance, whereas there was no variation in terms of school sizes and work experience,

3. The academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of learning management in schools, as perceived by participants, had a positive relationship at the level of 0.01 significance.

4. The four aspects of academic leadership of school administrators, including teacher and personnel quality development (X3), curriculum and instruction administration (X4), setting school vision, mission, and goals statements (X1), and creating a conducive learning atmosphere (X2), could predict the effectiveness of learning management in schools at the level of 0.01 significance with the predictive power at a 66.50 percent and a standard error of estimate of ±0.33664.

5. Guidelines for developing academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of learning management in schools consisted of four aspects, including 1) teacher and personnel quality development, 2) curriculum and instruction administration, 3) setting school vision, mission, and goals statements,  and 4) creating a conducive learning atmosphere.
