การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบและหาแนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูแนะแนว และครูผู้สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูแนะแนวและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน ปีการศึกษา 2565 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การสึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร จำนวน 336 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 45 คน ครูแนะแนว จำนวน 45 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 246 คน จาก 45 โรงเรียน การกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยเลือกโรงเรียนทุกโรงเรียนเป็นหน่วยการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานในโรงเรียนมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .970 และประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .984 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) 

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 

2. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 

3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 

4. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน ตามความเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูแนะแนวและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

5. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน กับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน ตามความเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูแนะแนว และครูผู้สอน พบว่าโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง (rXtYt=.368) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

6. ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการจูงใจ และ ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์การ โดยพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 15.60 และมีค่าความคลาดเคลื่ยนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ ± 0.238     

7. การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียน จำนวน 2 ด้าน
 

This research aimed to examine, compare, and establish guidelines for developing factors affecting the effectiveness of guidance operations in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon according to the opinions of administrators, guidance teachers, and teachers. The sample group consisted of 45 administrators, 45 guidance teachers, and 246 teachers, yielding a total of 336 participants from 45 schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon in the 2022 academic year. The sample size was determined using the table of Krejcie and Morgan, and the participants were selected using stratified random sampling with all schools serving as random units. The instrument for data collection was a set of 5-point scale questionnaires on factors affecting school guidance operations with the reliability of .970 and the effectiveness of school guidance operations with the reliability of .984. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The research results revealed that:

1. The factors affecting school guidance operations were overall at a high level.

2. The effectiveness of school guidance operations was overall at a high level.

3. The overall factors affecting school guidance operations, classified by participants’ position and school sizes showed differences at the .01 level of significance.

4. The overall effectiveness of school guidance operations, as perceived by participants from different positions and overall school sizes, differed at the .01 level of significance.

5. The factors affecting the effectiveness of school guidance operations and the effectiveness of school guidance operations, as perceived by participants, were overall at a moderate positive relationship (rXtYt= .368) with the .01 level of significance.

6. The influencing factors that could predict the effectiveness of school guidance operations at the .01 level of significance consisted of two aspects: Motivation and Organizational Culture, with 15.60 percent and the standard error of estimates of ± 0.238.

7. This research has proposed guidelines for developing factors affecting the effectiveness of school guidance operations covering two aspects that affect the effectiveness of school guidance operations.
