การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ความต้องการจำเป็น และแสวงหาแนวทางพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 329 คน จำแนกเป็นเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 108 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 221 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน โดยสภาพที่เป็นจริงของแบบสอบถามของการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.43 - 0.97 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .81 และแบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.44 - 0.96 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน สภาพที่เป็นจริงโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 

2. สภาพที่เป็นจริงของการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวม พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันแตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวม พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 

3. สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวม พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 

4. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน เรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านงานวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป 

5. แนวทางพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน ที่ได้จากการศึกษากรณีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) 3 ลำดับแรกคือ 1) ด้านงานวิชาการ ควรใช้การประมวลผลข้อมูลงานวิชาการด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลในระบบออนไลน์ และการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป 2) ด้านงบประมาณ ควรทำการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณ การคำนวณราคาพัสดุโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป และการนำเสนอแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีงบประมาณบนเว็บไซต์ 3) ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป ควรมีการการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตในงานรับส่งหนังสือราชการ การประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียนผ่านระบบบนเครือข่าย การนำเอาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการรับนักเรียน
 

This research study aims to study Actual condition, desirable condition, need and need and find ways to develop the use of information technology to Administration in schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The findings were as follows:

1. The use of information technology for school administration, the overall actual situation was at a high level and the desirable condition overall was the highest level.

2. The actual situation of the use of information technology for school administration classified according to the status of positions as a whole was found to be different. Classified by work experience found that there was no difference and classified by school size as a whole found that there was a statistically significant difference at .01 level.

3. The desirable condition of using information technology for school administration classified by position, it was found that overall and each aspect were not different classified by work experience. 4. Necessary needs to development the use of information technology for School administration Ranking the importance of needs from the most to the least, including academic work, budgeting, personnel management. and general administration
