การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดนครพนม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูพระ และครูฆราวาส

ในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดนครพนม ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 96 รูป/คน โดยใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติการทดสอบค่าสถิติ ใช้สถิติทดสอบเอฟ F-test (One Way ANOVA) และการคำนวณระดับความต้องการจำเป็นใช้วิธี Modified Priority Need Index (PNI_modified) โดยใช้สูตร PNI_modified = (I-D)/D

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ ตามความความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูพระ และครูฆราวาส โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

                 2. สภาพปัจจุบันของประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูพระ และครูฆราวาส จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน

                 3. สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูพระ และครูฆราวาส จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน

                 4. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูพระ และครูฆราวาสที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นอันดับ 1 คือ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา และด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว หน่วยงานสถานประกอบการและสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษา

                 5. แนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในจังหวัดนครพนม ได้แก่ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในสถานศึกษามีแนวทางการพัฒนาโดยการกำหนดนโยบายให้ครูทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน จัดทำฐานข้อมูลงานวิจัยระดับโรงเรียน จัดกิจกรรมที่เป็นการเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะด้านการวิจัยของครู และจัดทำฐานข้อมูลผู้เรียนที่มีปัญหาการเรียนรู้ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา มีแนวทางการพัฒนาโดยการกำหนดนโยบายด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา จัดทำแผนการนิเทศและปฏิทินการนิเทศ และจัดให้มีชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ขึ้นในโรงเรียน และด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว หน่วยงานสถานประกอบการและสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษา มีแนวทางการพัฒนาโดยการกำหนดนโยบายให้มีการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการ จัดทำฐานข้อมูลด้านงานวิชาการ จัดให้มีผู้รับผิดชอบด้านข้อมูลงานวิชาการที่ชัดเจน และมีการกำกับ ตรวจสอบ ข้อมูลด้านงานวิชาการอย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง

The objectives of this research were to study, compare and find ways to develop the effectiveness of academic administration of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division in Nakhon Phanom Province. According to the opinions of school administrators, monk teachers and lay teachers in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department in Nakhon Phanom Province, academic year 2022, in the amount of 96 monk/person by using purposive selection. Data were collected by questionnaires, interviews, and statistics used to analyze data using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis test by using the statistical, F-test (One Way ANOVA), and the level of need was calculated using the Modified Priority Need Index (PNI_modified) method using the formula PNI_modified = (I - D)/D.

             The findings were as follows:

                 1. Current and desirable conditions of academic administration effectiveness According to the opinions of school administrators, monk teachers and lay teachers overall, it was at a high level.

                 2. The current state of the school's academic administration effectiveness. according to the opinions of school administrators, monk teachers and lay teachers classified by their positions Overall, there was a statistically significant difference at the .01 level classified by education level. And the overall work experience is not different.

                 3. The desirable condition of school academic administration effectiveness. according to the opinions of school administrators, monk teachers and lay teachers classified by their positions education level And the overall work experience is not different.

                 4. According to the opinions of school administrators, teachers and monks, it is necessary to develop the effectiveness of academic management. The first need for secular teachers is to improve the quality of education in educational institutions. Promote and support the academic work of individuals, families, institutions and other educational institutions.

                 5. Guidelines for the Development of Academic Administration Effectiveness of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department in Nakhon Phanom Province Regarding research to improve the quality of education in educational institutions, there are development guidelines by setting policies for teachers to conduct research in the classroom. Prepare supervision plans and supervision calendars. and establish professional learning communities (PLCs) in schools. and the promotion and support of academic works for individuals, families, agencies, enterprises and other educational institutions.
