การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ อำนาจพยากรณ์ และศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย จำนวน 366 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 108 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 258 คน ในปีการศึกษา 2565 ใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 แบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ ทดสอบค่าที (t - test ชนิด Independent Sample) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – Way ANOVA) การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product - Moment Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)   

                ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

                     1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

                     2. การปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

                     3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

                     4. การปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านความยืดหยุ่นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษาที่ต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

                     5. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนโดยรวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง (r_xy=.769)   

                     6. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่นำมาวิเคราะห์ จำนวน 4 ด้าน พบว่า มี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และด้านจินตนาการที่สามารถพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนโดยรวม ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีจำนวน 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความยืดหยุ่น ที่สามารถพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสามารถพยากรณ์ ได้ร้อยละ 61

                     7. การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน จำนวน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ด้านความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ด้านความยืดหยุ่น และ ด้านจินตนาการ

The purposes of this research were to examine, compare, and identify relationships, determine the predictive power, and establish the guidelines for developing the creative leadership of school administrators affecting teacher performance in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as perceived by school administrators and teachers with different positions, work experiences, and school sizes. The samples, obtained through stratified random sampling, consisted of a total of 366 participants, including 108 school administrators and 258 teachers in the 2022 academic year. The research instruments included sets of questionnaires with the reliability of 0.98 on creative leadership of school administrators and the reliability of 0.97 on teacher performance and interview forms. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.

                 The findings were as follows:

                    1. The creative leadership of school administrators was overall at a high level.

                    2. The teacher performance in schools was overall at a high level.

                    3. The overall creative Leadership of school administrators, as perceived by participants, classified by positions, work experience, and school sizes, showed no variation.    

                    4. The overall teacher performance in schools, as perceived by participants, classified by positions, as a whole, showed no variation. When examining each aspect, the flexibility aspect showed a difference at the .05 level of significance. There was no significant difference in teacher performance concerning work experience and school sizes, both overall and in each aspect.   

                     5. The creative Leadership of school administrators had a positive relationship with teacher performance in schools at the .01 level of significance with a high level of correlation coefficient (r_xy=.769).                     

                     6. The four aspects of creative leadership of school administrators were analyzed and revealed that two aspects, namely creative thinking, and imagination, could predict teacher performance in schools at the .01 level of significance. The only aspect that demonstrated a predictive impact on teacher performance in schools was Flexibility, with a significance level of .05. The combined predictive power of all factors reached 61 percent.

                     7. This research has proposed guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators affecting teacher performance in schools involving three aspects Creativity, Flexibility, and Imagination.
