การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์  หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565   จำนวน 332 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 103 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 229 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan และใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi – Stage Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน      มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .488 - .836 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของ เท่ากับ .965 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .508 - .865 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของ เท่ากับ .975 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t-test ชนิด Independent samples การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA)  การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน  และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                 1.การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ระดับมาก

                 2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ระดับมาก

                 3. การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

                 4.ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

                 5. การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .821

                 6. การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 5 ด้าน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล ด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของงาน ด้านการไว้วางใจกัน และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ   ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมตัดสินใจ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์   ร้อยละ 66.90 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ ±0.21645   ซึ่งสามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ได้ดังนี้

                 7. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 มีข้อเสนอแนะไว้ 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ในการประเมินผล ด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของงาน ด้านการไว้วางใจกัน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมตัดสินใจ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์

The purpose of this research was to study, compare, find the relationship, and find the predictive power of participative administration of school administrators affecting an effectiveness of the academic affairs administration of schools under Nakhon Phanom primary educational service area office 1 according to the opinions administrators of school and teachers. The sample group used in this research consisted of 332 people, divided into 103 school administrators, 229 teachers, used multi – stage sampling method. The Krejcie and Morgan table was also applied for determining the sample size. The tools used were questionnaires and interview forms. questionnaire on participative administration of school administrators. has a classification power between .488 - .836, has a confidence value of .965, and questionnaire on the effectiveness of school academic administration there is a classification power between .508 - .865 with a confidence value of equal to .975. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for independence samples, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

             The findings were as follows:

                 1. Participative administration of school administrators, it was at  a high level.     

                 2. Effectiveness of the academic affairs administration of schools, it was at a high level.                           

                 3. Participative administration of school administrators, classified by position and work experience the overall difference was statistically significant at the .01 level and classified by school size. overall is not different.

                 4. Effectiveness of the academic affairs administration of schools, classified by position and work experience the overall difference was statistically significant at the .01 level and classified by school size. overall is not different.

                 5. Participative administration of school administrators and effectiveness of the academic affairs administration of schools have a positive relationship high level statistically significant at the .01 level with a correlation coefficient of .821

                 6. 5 aspects of participatory management of school administrators that can predict the school's academic administration effectiveness. It was statistically significant at the .01 level, namely participation in the evaluation. Setting goals and objectives aspect of trust and the statistical significance at the .05 level was participation in decision-making and participation in benefits. The forecasting power was 66.90% and the standard error of forecasting was ±0.21645, which can be written as follows:
