การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 336 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.52–0.90 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 ส่วนด้านแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูมีค่าความเที่ยงตรง ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.47–0.88 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                 1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารมี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ความไว้วางใจ 2) ความยุติธรรม 3) ความซื่อสัตย์ 4) ความน่าเคารพนับถือ และ 5) ความรับผิดชอบ โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

                 2. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

                   3. แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

                 4. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

                 5. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหาร ด้านความไว้วางใจ (X₁) และความรับผิดชอบ (X₅) มีอำนาจพยากรณ์แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 47.00 สามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ได้ ดังนี้

                           Y’ = 1.65 + 0.25X₁ + 0.35X₅

                              Z’_y = 0.28X₁ + 0.44X₅

                 6. แนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูมี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความไว้วางใจและด้านความรับผิดชอบ

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the ethical leadership of school administrators affecting work motivation of teachers in schools under Sakon Nakhon primary educational service area office 3. The participants of this study included 336 school administrators and teachers, who were working in academic year 2023. The participants were recruited by using multi-stage sampling. The instrument in data collection was a 5-rating scale questionnaire, which the part of ethical leadership of school administrators indicated validity index ranged 0.60-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.52-0.90 and reliability index was at 0.98, whereas the part of work motivation of teachers in schools indicated validity index ranged between 0.60-1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.47-0.88 and reliability index was at 0.96. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient of Pearson and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

             The findings were as follows.

                 1. The ethical leadership of school administrators comprised five components, namely 1) Trust, 2) Fairness, 3) Integrity, 4) Respect and 5) Responsibility. All components showed the highest level of appropriateness.

                 2. The ethical leadership of school administrators, in overall and each aspect, were at high level.

                 3. The work motivation of teachers in schools in overall and each aspect, were at high level.

                 4. The ethical leadership of school administrators showed positive correlation with work motivation of teachers was at high level with statistical significance at.01.

                 5. The ethical leadership of school administrators involved Trust (X₁) and Responsibility (X₅) were able to predict the work motivation of teachers with statistical significance at .01. The predictive power was at 47.00, and could be written as the predictive equation as follows.

                    The predictive equation in raw scores:

                             6. The guidelines to develop ethical leadership of school administrators affecting work motivation of teachers comprised two aspects, namely Trust and Responsibility.
