การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ ศึกษาอำนาจพยากรณ์ และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดของโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน  กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 348 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 100 คนครูผู้สอน จำนวน 248 คน จาก 45 โรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนและสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำ ของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจิทัล มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.694 - 0.870 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.981 และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.628 - 0.805 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.975 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบค่าที (Independent Samples t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Product -Moment Correlation Coefficient) และ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

                 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                     1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

                     2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

                     3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจิทัล จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดของโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

                     4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดของโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

                     5. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจัลกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน โดยรวม พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ        ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ .745

                     6. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจิทัล จำนวน 2 ด้าน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและความร่วมมือ และด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสร้างนวัตกรรม โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ ร้อยละ 61.90

                     7. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในยุคดิจิทัล ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานโรงเรียน เสนอแนะไว้ 2 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและความร่วมมือ และ 2) ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสร้างนวัตกรรม

The purposes of this research were to examine, compare, determine  the relationship, identify the predictive power, and establish guidelines for developing the leadership of administrators in the digital era affecting the effectiveness of school administration under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon,  as perceived by administrators and teachers with different positions, school sizes, and work experience. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and multi-stage random sampling, which yielded a total of 348 participants consisting of 100 school administrators and 248 teachers from 45 schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon, in the 2022 academic year. The tools for data collection comprised a set of questionnaires on the leadership of administrators in the digital era with discrimination values ranging from 0.543 to 0.804 and the reliability of 0.984, and the effectiveness of school administration with discrimination values ranging from 0.628-0.870 and the reliability of 0.975, and structured interviews forms. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples t - test, One - Way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.                   

                 The findings were as follows:

                     1. The leadership of administrators in the digital era was overall at a high level.

                     2. The effectiveness of school administration was overall at a high level.

                     3. The comparison result revealed that the leadership of administrators in the digital era, classified by different positions, school sizes, and work experience, showed a difference at the .01 level of significance overall.

                     4. The comparison result revealed that the effectiveness of school administration classified by positions, school sizes, and work experience, varied significantly at the .01 level of significance.

                     5. The leadership of administrators in the digital era and the effectiveness of school administration had a positive relationship at the .01 level of significance with a high level of correlation (R_XtYt = 0.745).

                     6. The two aspects of the leadership of school administrators in the digital era, consisting of Teamwork and Cooperation, and Creativity and Innovation, could predict the effectiveness of school administration at the .01 level of significance with the predictive power of 61.90 percent.

                     7. The proposed guidelines for developing the leadership of school administrators in the digital era affecting the effectiveness of school administration consisted of two aspects: Teamwork and Cooperation, and Creativity and Innovation.
