การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบยั่งยืนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครพนม การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบยั่งยืนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ดำเนินการโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และยืนยันองค์ประกอบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบยั่งยืนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ดำเนินการโดยสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน ระยะที่ 3 การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของกลยุทธ์ ดำเนินการโดยเก็บข้อมูลกับผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 84 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน และระยะที่ 4 การจัดทำคู่มือการใช้กลยุทธ์ ดำเนินการโดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือการใช้กลยุทธ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสังเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

        1. ภาวะผู้นำแบบยั่งยืนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่  1) ความหลากหลาย 2) การกระจาย 3) การมีวิสัยทัศน์ และ 4) การรู้เท่าทันสื่อ โดยทุกองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก

        2. กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบยั่งยืนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย วิสัยทัศน์ 6 พันธกิจ 6 เป้าประสงค์ 7 กลยุทธ์ 61 วิธีดำเนินการ และ 25 ตัวชี้วัด

        3. กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบยั่งยืนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

        4. คู่มือการใช้กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำแบบยั่งยืนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

                  The objectives of this mixed-method study was to develop strategies for sustainable leadership development for school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Phanom. The study was divided into four phases. Phase 1 was to identify the components of sustainable leadership of school administrators by interviewing five experts and confirm the components by another group of five experts. Phase 2 was to develop strategies for sustainable leadership development using focus group included seven experts and scholars. Phase 3 was to validate the appropriateness, feasibility and utility of sustainable leadership development. The data was collected from 84 school administrators who were selected using multi-stage random sampling. Phase 4 was to produce a user manual of the strategies by validating for the appropriateness from five experts. The instruments used in this study included document synthesis forms, interview forms and a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

             The findings were as follows.

                 1. The sustainable leadership of school administrators comprised four components, namely 1) diversity 2) distribution 3) vision and 4) media literacy. All components obtained the suitability at the highest level and feasibility at high level.

                 2. The strategies of sustainable leadership development of school administrators comprised vision, 6 missions, 6 objectives, 7 strategies, 61 operational approaches and 25 indicators.

                 3. The appropriateness, feasibility and utility of the strategies of sustainable leadership development of school administrators was at the highest level.

                 4. The user manual of the strategies of sustainable leadership development of school administrators obtained the overall appropriateness at the highest level.
