การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education 2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education 3) ติดตามผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้วิจัยจำนวน 1 คน ผู้ร่วมวิจัยจำนวน 16 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 39 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน แบบสังเกต การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าร้อยละความก้าวหน้า

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความต้องการในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education โรงเรียนมัธยมวาริชภูมิ พบว่า ครูมีความต้องการในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education ในระดับมากที่สุด และต้องการได้รับการพัฒนา

2. แนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education ได้ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ โดยใช้แนวทางในการพัฒนา 3 แนวทาง คือ 1) การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2) การมอบหมายงาน 3) การนิเทศภายใน

3. ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education พบว่า ครูมีการพัฒนาตนเองและมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และความสามารถเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับการพัฒนา สามารถเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีทักษะในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education ได้ และสามารถจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Apps for Education ให้แก่นักเรียนได้

The purposes of this research were to 1) investigate the need in learning management through Google Apps for Education, 2) seek for guidelines in developing the teachers’ competence in learning management through Google Apps for Education, and 3) monitor effects of the teachers’ competency development in learning management through Google Apps for Education via Participatory Action Research. The target group consisted of the researcher, 16 co-researchers and 39 respondents. The instruments were a form of interview, a set of questionnaires, a form of evaluation, and a form of observation. Content analysis was employed to analyze qualitative data. Statistics used to analyze were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and percentage of progress.

The findings were as follows:

1. The need in learning management through Google Apps for Education was at the highest level and they needed to be developed.

2. The guidelines in developing the teachers’ competence in learning management through Google Apps for Education were conducted in 2 spirals comprising: 1) a workshop, 2) job assignment, and 3) internal supervision.

3. The effects of the teachers’ competency development in learning management through Google Apps for Education indicated that the teachers gained knowledge, understanding, and abilities concerning learning management through Google Apps for Education at the higher degree than before the development. In addition, they could write lesson plans as well as skills in managing learning through Google Apps for Education and they could manage learning through Google Apps for Education.
