การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับของปัจจัยทางการบริหารและระดับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น 2) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยทางการบริหารต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น 3) แนวทางในการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น ประชากรกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่มีอายุ 18ปีขึ้นไปและมีชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนบ้านในเขตบ้านมูลอ้น ตำบลคำพี้ อำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 341 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล   และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และค่าถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหารหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (µ =3.57) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ย มากที่สุด คือ ด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (µ =3.78) ด้านเทคนิคการบริหาร (µ =3.75) ด้านงบประมาณ (µ =3.67) ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (µ =3.53) ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป (µ  =3.42) และด้านการบริหารจริยธรรม (µ =3.11)

2. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (µ =3.75) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสังคม (µ =3.80) รองลงมาคือด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (µ =3.77) ด้านวัฒนธรรม (µ =3.72) และด้านเศรษฐกิจ (µ =3.71)

3. ปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิGทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และด้านเทคนิคการบริหาร ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป และด้านการบริหารจริยธรรม ไม่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น ซึ่งปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และด้านเทคนิคการบริหาร สามารถร่วมกันทำนายระดับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น ตำบลคำพี้ อำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม ได้ร้อยละ 35.60

4. ระดับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น ที่ควรนำไปศึกษาหาแนวทางในการพัฒนาประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต้นแบบบ้านมูลอ้น ตำบลคำพี้ อำเภอนาแก จังหวัดนครพนม มีจำนวน  2 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ และ 2) ด้านวัฒนธรรม

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the levels of management factors and effectiveness of implementing the model sufficiency economy village in Ban-Moon-On village, 2) the influence of management factors on the effectiveness of implementing the model sufficiency economy village in Ban-Moon-On village, and 3) the guidelines for developing effectiveness of implementing the model sufficiency economy village in Ban-Moon-On village. The target population used in this research was 341 people aged 18 and over whose names were in the house registration in Khamphi sub-district, Na Kae district, Nakhon Phanom province. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.

Findings of the research were as the following.

1. The overall level of factors for managing the model sufficiency economy village in Ban-Moon-On village was at high level (µ=3.57) When considering each aspect, the aspect that gained the highest mean score was of human resources (µ=3.78) followed by the aspects of management technique (µ=3.75) budget (µ=3.67) materials (µ=3.53) general administration (µ =3.42) and ethical management (µ=3.11) 

2. The overall effectiveness of implementing the model sufficiency economy village in Ban-Moon-On village was at high level (µ= 3.75) When considering each aspect, the one that gained the highest mean score was the social aspect (µ= 3.80) followed by the aspects of natural resources and management (µ=i3.77) culture (µ= 3.72) and economy (µ=3.71)

3. The management factors that significantly affected effectiveness of implementing the model sufficiency economy village in Ban-Moon-On village at the .05 level were the aspects of budget management, materials, and management technique, whereas the aspect of ethical management did not affect the effectiveness. The management factors in the aspects of budget management, materials, and management technique could jointly predict 35.60% of the effectiveness of implementing the model sufficiency economy village in Ban-Moon-On village, Khamphi sub-district, Na Kae district, Nakhon Phanom province.

 4. The aspects of effectiveness of implementing the model efficiency economy village that should be investigated to find a way to the development of efficiency in implementing the model sufficiency economy village in Ban-Moon-On village comprise: 1) economy and 2) culture
