การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 2)หาแนวทางการแก้ไขพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 3) ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานการแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ แต่ละวงรอบประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นการวางแผน ขั้นการปฏิบัติการ ขั้นการสังเกตการณ์ ขั้นการสะท้อนกลับ กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย  จำนวน 12 คนได้แก่ ผู้วิจัยจำนวน 1 คน และผู้ร่วมวิจัย คือผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนรวม 2 คน ครูประจำชั้นมัธยมศึกษาที่ 1 - 3 โรงเรียนบ้านเปือยทานคะวันพิทยาสรรพ์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 จำนวน 7 คน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมการพบพ่อครูแม่ครู จำนวน 2 คนและกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนที่เป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 30 คน และกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการพัฒนา คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.ผลการศึกษาปัญหาของการมีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนบ้านเปือยทานตะวันพิทยาสรรพ์สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2

1.1 ปัญหา พบว่า ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 พฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ที่มีปัญหามากที่สุดคือ พฤติกรรมการไม่ส่งงานและวิชาที่มีปัญหาคือวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ วิชาภาษาไทย และวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์

1.2 สาเหตุ พบว่า พฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนที่มีปัญหามากที่สุดคือ สถานะทางเศรษฐกิจของครอบครัวนักเรียนที่ไม่ดี กฎระเบียบทางโรงเรียนเข้มงวด และการคบเพื่อนที่ไม่ดี

2. แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนบ้านเปือยทานตะวันพิทยาสรรพ์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย

2.1 การจัดกิจกรรมตามแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ดังนี้ คือ ในการพัฒนาวงรอบที่ 1 ใช้กิจกรรมทั้ง 6 กิจกรรม คือ 1) กิจกรรมการพบพ่อครูแม่ครู 2) กิจกรรมการอบรมคุณธรรม 3) กิจกรรมการให้คำปรึกษาแบบเผชิญความจริง 4) กิจกรรมดนตรีพาเพลิน 5) กิจกรรมกีฬานอกเวลา 6) กิจกรรมการเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียน ส่วนในวงรอบที่ 2 ได้ใช้กิจกรรมเดิมทั้ง 6 กิจกรรม   

2.2 การนิเทศภายใน เป็นการนิเทศเพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานเพื่อแก้ปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนบ้านเปือยทานตะวันพิทยาสรรพ์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีการนิเทศภายในทั้ง 2 วงรอบ ซึ่งเป็นการให้คำแนะนำ ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ร่วมวิจัยในขณะดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ เมื่อเจอปัญหาจะให้คำปรึกษาร่วมหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาและเสนอแนะแนวทางในการดำเนินงานต่อไป ระหว่างการนิเทศติดตามจะมีการประชุมเพื่อรายงานความคืบหน้าของกิจกรรมซักถามปัญหาและอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไข และหลังจากการนิเทศสิ้นสุดลง จะมีการประชุมสรุปผลการนิเทศและข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อไป 

3. ผลการแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนบ้านเปือยทานตะวันพิทยาสรรพ์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 พบว่า จากการติดตามและประเมินผลการแก้ไขปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ ที่กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยร่วมกันหาแนวทางขึ้นและได้นำปฏิบัติพบว่า สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง บรรลุจุดมุ่งหมายที่ตั้งไว้กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โดยรวมทุกกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( =4.62 ) และส่งผลให้จำนวนนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ซึ่งได้แก่ พฤติกรรมการไม่ส่งงาน ลดลงร้อย 51.18 พฤติกรรมหนีเรียน ลดลงร้อย 69.03 พฤติกรรมการแต่งกายผิดระเบียบ ลดลงร้อย 60.51 และพฤติกรรมการไม่แสดงความเคารพ ลดลงร้อย 67.25

The purposes of this research were to 1) investigate the undesirable behaviors of the Lower Secondary students, 2) find out guidelines to solve the undesirable behaviors of the Lower Secondary students, 3) monitor the application of problem solving on the undesirable behaviors of the Lower Secondary students of Ban Pueai Thantawan Phitthayasan School under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2. The study employed two spirals of four-stage participatory action research comprising planning, action, observation and reflection. The sampling group consisted of the researcher, and 11 co-researchers comprising 2 administrators, ,9 classroom teachers in charge of Prathom Suksa 5 to Mathayom  Suksa 3. There were 30 informants. The target group was composed of 30 students in Mathayom Suksa 1 to Mathayom Suksa 3. The instruments used were composed of a form of interview and a questionnaire. The statistics applied for analyzing quantitative data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. To analyze qualitative data, descriptive analysis was utilized.

The findings of this study were as follows:

1. The effects of the problems on the undesirable behaviors of the Lower Secondary students at Ban Pueai Thantawan Phitthayasan School could be concluded that:

1.1 The problems revealed that, in the second semester of academic year 2014, the most found undesirable behaviors of the students included: behaviors on no submission of works assigned,. The subjects concerned were Thai and Science.

1.2 The causes of the students’ undesirable behaviors most found were: economic status of families, the strict school rules and regulations along with the association with bad friends.                                                                 

2.  The guidelines to solve the undesirable behaviors of the Lower Secondary students comprised:

2.1 The application of activities to solve the undesirable behaviors of the Lower Secondary students was  composed of the following activities: 1) Teacher-parents/guardians meeting, , 2) Moral training, 3) Counseling based on truth, 4) Music for fun, 5) Sports on leisure time, 6) Visiting of the students , places. In both the first and second spirals, the 6 activities were implemented and volunteer-mindedness was included.

2.2 The internal supervision was regarded as the coaching supervision for monitoring the application for problem solving on the students’ undesirable behaviors.  This type of supervision was applied in both the first and second spirals including giving advice, recommendations to help the co-researchers. Wherever the problems occurred, advice would be provided to solve the problems along with suggestions for further activities. During the monitoring supervision, meeting to inform the progress of the activities implemented, inquiry of problems, obstacles and suggestions to solve the problems faced were applied. After the supervision ended, meeting to conclude the effects of supervision and useful suggestions would be employed.

3.  The effects of the problem solution to solve undesirable behaviors of the Lower Secondary students revealed that from the monitoring and evaluation of the problem solution showed that what the co-researchers worked together and put into action able to be actually applied and achieved the goals set. The co-researchers involved in solving the problem of the students , undesirable behaviors in every activity at the highest level in general leading to the decrease of the students , undesirable behaviors. These were composed of: 1) no submission of assignments lowered at 51.18 percent, 2) the students’ truancy lowered at 69.03 percent, 3) clothing violation behaviors lowered at 60.51 percent and aggressive behaviors lowered at 67.25 percent.
