การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์  2) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ 3) ติดตามผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้วิจัยจำนวน 1 คน ผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 8 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 51 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน แบบสังเกต การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าร้อยละความก้าวหน้า

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ โรงเรียนห้วยทรายวิทยา พบว่า

1.1 สภาพเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ พบว่า ครูยังขาดการนำสื่อออนไลน์มาจัดการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียน ผู้บริหารยังให้ความสำคัญในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ เพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ระดับปานกลาง โรงเรียนขาดการนิเทศภายในให้คำปรึกษาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ มีระบบเครือข่ายที่สามารถใช้สืบค้นข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ได้ไม่ทั่วถึง

1.2 ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ พบว่า ครูขาดความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ผู้บริหารขาดการจัดสรรงบประมาณสนับสนุนครูในการจัดหาสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ หรือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์  โรงเรียนยังขาดผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้คำปรึกษาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์

2. แนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์   ได้ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ โดยใช้แนวทางในการพัฒนา 3 แนวทาง คือ 1) การประชุม เชิงปฏิบัติการ  2) การมอบหมายงาน  3) การนิเทศภายใน

3. ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ พบว่า ครู มีการพัฒนาตนเองและมีความรู้ความสามารถ มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้  ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับการพัฒนา และสามารถสืบค้นสื่อที่มีคุณภาพ นำมาเขียนแผนจัดการเรียนรู้และมีทักษะในการการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ได้

The purposes of this research were to 1) investigate the current states and problems in learning management through online media, 2) seek for guidelines in developing the teachers’ competence in learning management through online media, and 3) monitor effects of the teachers’ competency development in learning management through online media via action research. The target group consisted of the researcher, 8 co-researchers and 51 respondents. The instruments used were a form of   interview, a set of questionnaires, a form of interview, a form of observation. Content analysis was employed to analyze qualitative data. Statistics used to analyze quantitative data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Percentage of Progress.

The findings were as follows:

1. The states and problems in learning management through online media at Huai Sai Witthaya School were:

1.1 The states of learning management through online media revealed that the teachers faced a lack of online learning to be applied in classroom. The school administrator paid attention to learning management to upgrade learning achievement which was at the moderate level. The school also faced a lack of internal supervision along with advice on learning management through online media. The network coverage for searching data concerning learning management through online media did not exist. 

1.2 The problems in learning management through online media indicated that the teachers encountered a lack of knowledge, abilities in the application of computer on learning management through online media. The school administrator lacked the budget to support the teachers in seeking for providing media, materials or facilitators in order to promote, support experts to give advice on learning management through online media.

2. The guidelines in the teachers’ potentiality development on learning management through online media were conducted in 2 spirals comprising: 1) a workshop, 2) job assignment, and 3) internal supervision.

3. The effects of the teachers’ potential development in learning management through online media indicated that the teachers gained better self-development, knowledge, abilities, understanding concerning learning management through online media than before the development. In addition, they could search for quality media to apply for the writing of lesson plans as well as skills in managing learning through online media. After the development, the teachers gained knowledge concerning the learning management through online media at the higher degree than before the development. In addition, the teachers sought for quality media and could apply them in order to write lesson plans through the learning management and skills in learning management through online media.
