การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร จำนวน 123 คน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการ จำนวน 123 คนและครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจำนวน 123คนรวม 369 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ร้อยละ (%)ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̅) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และ F-test ชนิด One way ANOVA

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการและครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากส่วนปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย

2. สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 ตามความคิดของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการและครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ในด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการนิเทศการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01ส่วนปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 ตามความคิดของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการและครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานต่างกันโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการคัดเลือกหนังสือ แบบเรียนเพื่อใช้ในสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานต่างกันโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4. สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 3 ตามความคิดของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวิชาการและครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่มีขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกันโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01ส่วน ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่มีขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกันโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการนิเทศการศึกษา แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

5. ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้สัมภาษณ์เพื่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน รวม 11 ด้าน

Thepurpose of this research was to investigate states and problems of Using Information Technology for Academic  Administration of Schools under the Office  of Sakon Nakhon primary Educational Service Area 3.The Samples consisted of 369 administrators, the technical and the information technology teacher, by stratified random sampling. The instrument used was set of questionnaires with reliability at .98The statistics employed to anlyze data included percentage, mean, Standard deviation, F-test (One way ANOVA) 

The findings of study were as follows :

1. The state of using information technology for academic  administration of schools as perceived by administrators, the technical and information technology teacher, as a whole, were at the high level.

The problem of using Information technology, as a whole, were at the low level.

2. The state of using Information technology for academic  administration of schoolsin the opinions of the administrators, the technical and information technology teacher as a whole,were not difference. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the use of information technology foreducational supervision was statistically difference at the .01 level.

3. The state of using information technology for academic  administration of schools in the opinions of the administrators, the technical and information technology teacher with difference work experiences as a whole, were statistically difference at the .05 level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the use of information Technology for the book selection for use in educationwas statistically difference at the .01 level.

The problem of using information technology with difference work experiences, as a whole were not difference. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the use of information Technology for academic planning was statistically difference at the .05 level.

4. The state of using information technology for academic  administration of schools in the opinions of the administrators, the technical and information technology teacher with the difference School as a whole, were statistically difference at the .01 level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the use of information Technology foracademic planning was statistically difference at the .01 level.

The problem of using information technology with the difference School as a whole, were not difference.When each aspect was considered, it was found that the use of information technology for educational supervision was statistically difference at the .01 level.

5. The researcher get to interview 11 guidelines on using information technology for development to increase the quality of academic  administration of the schools.
