การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาของนักศึกษาในสถาบันยุติธรรมภาคกลาง แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาของนักศึกษาในสถาบันยุติธรรมภาคกลาง แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล 3) เพื่อค้นหาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาของนักศึกษาในสถาบันยุติธรรมภาคกลาง แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษา จำนวน 217 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาของนักศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.65) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.85) รองลงมาคือ ด้านอิทธิพลทางสังคม ( = 3.74) ด้านอิทธิพลจากครอบครัวและเพื่อน ( = 3.67) ด้านเครื่องมือทางการตลาด ( = 3.62) ด้านประสบการณ์ในอดีต ( = 3.54) และด้านการเปิดรับข่าวสารผ่านสื่อต่าง ๆ ( = 3.42) ตามลำดับ

2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาของนักศึกษาสถาบันยุติธรรมภาคกลางของนักศึกษาจำแนกตามสขาวิชาที่ศึกษาและภูมิลำเนา พบว่า มีความแตกต่างอันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .05 แต่เมื่อเปรียบเทียบตามเพศ และระดับชั้นที่ศึกษาอยู่ พบว่า ระดับการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาในสถาบันยุติธรรมภาคกลางของนักศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. แนวทางส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาในสถาบันยุติธรรมภาคกลางของนักศึกษา ควรส่งเสริมใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านประสบการณ์ในอดีต ด้านเครื่องมือทางการตลาด และด้านการเปิดรับข่าวสารผ่านสื่อต่าง ๆ

The purpose of this study were 1) to study the level of decisions made by the students to study at the Central Institute of Justice, Savannakhet province, Lao’s  People Democratic Republic. 2) to compare the level of decisions made by the students to study at the Central Institute of Justice, Savannakhet province, Lao’s  People Democratic Republic on the basis of their personal traits. 3) to gain guidelines for promoting the decisions made by the students to study at the Central Institute of Justice, Savannakhet province, Lao’s  People Democratic Republic. The subjects were 217 students. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistics employed for data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA.

The study revealed these result;

1. The level of the student’s decisions as a whole were at the high levels (=3.65). The factor which made the students decide to study most was their  personality (=3.85). The Second most influential factor that made student’s decide to study was the social factor ( = 3.74). then. Their families and friends (=3.67),  marketing tools (=3.62), past experiences ( = 3.54), and news received through mass media (=3.42) had respective influences upon students’ decisions to study at the Central Institute of Justice, Savannakhet province, Lao’s  People Democratic Republic.

2. When comparing the decisions made by students based on their chosen fields of studies and origins, it was found the the students significantly made different decisions at .05 statistical levels. If classifying the decisions made by the students on basis of their genders and levels of education, it was found that these students did not significantly make different decisions at .05 statistical levels.

3. To encourage the students to study at the Central Institute of Justice, Savannakhet province, Lao’s  People Democratic Republic, these three guidelines were given, promoting theire past experience, promoting the marketing tools, and promoting channels to receive the news through different media.
