การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาและความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 31 คน และ ครูปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 70 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 101 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Rantom Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (5 Rating Scale) จำนวน 2 ชุด คือ แบบสอบถามการดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาและแบบสอบถามความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.320-0.786 , 0.447-0.752 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.868 , 0.880 ตามลำดับ มีสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test ชนิด Independent Samples)  การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (F-test ชนิด One Way ANOVA) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation)                 

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้         

1. การดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาและความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาและความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัย โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน                

3. การดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาและความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัยที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนที่มีลักษณะการเปิดสอนที่แตกต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. การดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาและความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูปฐมวัยที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาและความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก

6. แนวทางพัฒนาเพื่อยกระดับความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครพนม มี 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย และด้านการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก

The purposes of this research were to examine the relationship between the operational conditions and the success of early childhood education management of private schools in Nakhon Phanom province. The sample, obtained using multistage random sampling, consisted of 31 administrators and 70 early childhood teachers in private schools in Nakhon Phanom province, yielding a total of 101 participants, in the first semester of academic year 2018. The research instruments were two sets of five- point rating scale questionnaires, including a questionnaire concerning the operational conditions and a questionnaire on the success of early childhood education management. The results from the quality assessment indicated that the   discriminative power of the questionnaires ranged from 0.320 to 0.786, and 0.447 to 0.752, respectively, with the reliability of 0.868 and 0.880, respectively. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for Independent Samples, F-test (One-Way ANOVA), and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation.

The findings were as follows:

1. The operational conditions of educational management and the success of early childhood education management of private schools in Nakhon Phanom province, as a whole were at a high level.

2. The operational conditions of educational management and the success of early childhood education management of private schools in Nakhon Phanom province as perceived by administrators and early childhood teachers, as a whole and each aspect were not different.

3. The operational conditions of educational management and the success of early childhood education management of private schools in Nakhon Phanom province as perceived by administrators and early childhood teachers from different types of school program provision, as a whole were not different.

4. The operational conditions of educational management and the success of early childhood education management of private schools in Nakhon Phanom province as perceived by administrators and early childhood teachers with different work experience, as a whole were not different.

5. The relationship between the operational conditions of educational management and the success of early childhood education management of private schools in Nakhon Phanom province, as a whole were positive.

6. The development guidelines for improving the level of success of early childhood education management of private schools in Nakhon Phanom province involved two aspects: the creation of early childhood education curriculum and  a conducive learning environment.
