การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพกิจกรรม  การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบบูรณาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 75/75  2) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจของนักเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบบูรณาการ  3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่มีต่อกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบบูรณาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยม ศึกษาปีที่ 4/6 โรงเรียนสกลราชวิทยานุกูล จำนวน 50 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่  1) แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 8 แผน  2) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ  3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบบูรณาการ  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test แบบ Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบบูรณาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างความ สามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีประสิทธิภาพ 78.63/78.85 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 75/75

2. ความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบบูรณาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบบูรณาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อความเข้าใจ ชั้นมัธยม ศึกษาปีที่ 4 โดยรวมมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด (X̅=4.63)

The purposes of this research were to : 1) develop and examine the efficiency of the integrated English learning activities for enhancing the ability in English reading for comprehension for Mattayomsuksa 4 students based on the set criteria of 75/75,  2) compare students’ ability in English reading for comprehension gained before and after they had learnt through the integrated English learning activities, and 3) investigate Mattayomsuksa 4 students’ satisfaction towards the integrated English learning activities. The samples were Mattayomsuksa 4/6 students in the second semester of 2015 academic year at Sakolrajwittayanukul School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 23. The instruments were : 1) the eight sets of learning activity plan, 2) an achievement test for English reading comprehension, and 3) a set of satisfaction questionnaires towards the integrated English learning activities. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The findings were as follows :

1. The integrated English learning activities for enhancing the ability in English reading for comprehension for Mattayomsuksa 4 students had its efficiency of 78.63/78.85 which was higher than the set criteria of 75/75.

2. The ability in English reading for comprehension of students who had learnt through the integrated English learning activities for enhancing the ability in English reading for comprehension was higher than that of before learning at the 0.01 level of significance.

3. The satisfaction of the students towards the integrated English learning activities for enhancing the ability in English reading for comprehension for Mattayomsuksa 4 students was at the highest level. (X̅=4.63)
