การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลโครงสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 3) สร้างคู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed  Methods) โดยดำเนินการเป็น 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การศึกษารายกรณี และจัดทำกรอบแนวคิดเพื่อร่างตัวบ่งชี้ ระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เพื่อยืนยันตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 721 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ระหว่าง 0.55 – 1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ โดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ Cronbach เท่ากับ 0.82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ระยะที่ 3 การสร้างคู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ประเมินคุณภาพโดยใช้แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามแบบของลิเคอร์ท (Likert scale)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามี 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก 20 องค์ประกอบย่อย 96 ตัวบ่งชี้ จำแนกเป็น การมีวิสัยทัศน์เชิงนวัตกรรม จำนวน 19 ตัวบ่งชี้ การทำงานเป็นทีมและการมีส่วนร่วมเชิงนวัตกรรม จำนวน 26 ตัวบ่งชี้ การมีทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม จำนวน 13 ตัวบ่งชี้ การแสดงบทบาทหน้าที่เชิงนวัตกรรม จำนวน 18 ตัวบ่งชี้ และการมีบุคลิกภาพเชิงนวัตกรรม จำนวน 20 ตัวบ่งชี้  องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และองค์ประกอบหลักที่มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานสูงสุด คือ องค์ประกอบหลักด้านการแสดงบทบาทหน้าที่เชิงนวัตกรรม

2. โมเดลโครงสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าไค-สแควร์ (Chi-Square : χ²) เท่ากับ 37.41 ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ df เท่ากับ 54 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.99 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.98 และค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.00 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3. คู่มือการใช้ตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก สามารถนำไปใช้สร้างเกณฑ์ประเมินภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาได้

The objectives of this study were to 1) develop the indicators on innovative leadership of school directors; 2) assess the congruence of the developed structural model on innovative leadership indicators of school directors with empirical data and 3) develop a manual on implementation of innovative leadership indicators. The study was conducted by mixed methods and was divided into 3 phases. The first phase was the building and development of innovative leadership indicators of school directors by analyzing relevant documents and researches, interviewing experts, conducting case studies and setting up a conceptual framework to draft the indicators. The second phase was the research hypothesis assessment with the empirical data to confirm the innovative leadership indicators of school directors. Data was collected from a sample group of 721 school directors and was analyzed by statistics software. The tools employed in data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with IOC between 0.55-1.00 and overall reliability value, determined from calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, was at 0.82. Data analysis was done by using confirmatory factor analysis. The third phase was the development of manual on the implementation of innovative leadership indicators, which received quality assessment from 5 experts using Likert’s 5-level rating scale questionnaire.

The findings are as follows.

1. The innovative leadership indicators of school directors comprise 5 main components, 20 sub-components and 96 indicators, which can be classified as 19 indicators on innovative vision, 26 indicators on innovative teamwork and participation, 13 indicators on creative thinking skill on innovation, 18 indicators on innovative execution of roles and responsibilities and 20 indicators on innovative personality. The components innovative leadership indicators of school directors’ overall appropriateness is at a high level, with innovative execution of roles and responsibilities ranking as the main component that has the highest factor loading. 

2. The developed structural model on innovative leadership indicators of school directors shows congruence with empirical data, with chi-square = 37.41 with no statistical significance, df = 54, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.98, RMSEA = 0.00 which are in accordance with the research hypothesis.

3. The appropriateness of the developed manual on the implementation of innovative leadership indicators is at a high level and can be used to build an evaluation criteria of school director’s innovative leadership.
