การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานพัสดุโรงเรียน และเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และ 3)หาแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานพัสดุของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานพัสดุโรงเรียน และเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุโรงเรียน จำนวน 222 คน จาก 74 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ สมมติฐาน F-test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัญหาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย

2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานพัสดุโรงเรียน และเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานพัสดุโรงเรียน และเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุโรงเรียน จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

4. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานพัสดุโรงเรียน และเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุโรงเรียน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01  ส่วนความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน

5. แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน ที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนาได้แก่ ด้านการจำหน่ายพัสดุและด้านการจัดหาพัสดุ ควรมีการจัดทำคู่มือการบริหารงานพัสดุในโรงเรียน การศึกษาดูงานหน่วยงานที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการบริหารงานพัสดุ การจัดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการบริหารงานพัสดุให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และเกิดความชำนาญในการบริหารงานพัสดุ

The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate states and problems for developing supply management in schools 2) compare the opinions of school administrators, head of school supply and supply officers classified by position attained, school sizes and experiences, and 3) guidelines for developing states and problems in items of school supply under Sakon Nakhon primary educational service area office 1. The samples consisted school administrator, heads of school supplyand supplyofficers total 222 form 74 school. The research instruments werea set of questionnaires and interview. Statistics employed comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-test.

The findings of this research were as follows:

1. The states of the school supply were at a high level. The problems were at a low level.

2. The opinions of the school administrators, heads of school supply and supply officers to states and problemssupply management classified by positions attained indicated that were no significant differences.

3. The opinions of the school administrators, heads of school supply and supply officers to states and problems supply management classified by sizesof school attained indicated that differed significantly at the .01 level.

4. The opinions of the school administrators, heads of school supply and supply officers to states supply management classified by experiment attained indicated that differed significantly at the .01 level. The opinions to problems supply management attained indicated that were no significant differences.

5. The guidelines for developing the states and problems in the school supply revealed that the salvage and disposal function, and the purchasing function should make a manual of supplymanagement in schools. Studyadministrative agencies that has the best practices in the supply management.Should provide a training workshop for relevant officials to enhance professionalism in terms of knowledge, understanding and expertise in the supply management.
