การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านสะกดคำ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีปัญหาด้านการอ่าน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีปัญหาด้านการอ่าน ที่เรียนโดยใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านสะกดคำ ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนโดยใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านสะกดคำ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีปัญหาด้านการอ่าน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีปัญหาอ่านไม่ออก โรงเรียนหนองบ่อวิทยานุกูล สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 22 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จานวนนักเรียน 7 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านสะกดคำ จานวน 4 ชุด แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบของ Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านสะกดคำ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีปัญหาด้านการอ่าน มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 83.00/84.29 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 80/80 บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน หลังเรียนโดยชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านสะกดคำ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีปัญหาด้านการอ่าน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนโดยใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการอ่านสะกดคำ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีปัญหาด้านการอ่านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.47

The purposes of this study were 1) to develop the drill packages for spelling and reading skills in Thai Language Learning Substance Group for Mathayom Suksa 1 students who had reading problems to contain the efficiency of 80/80, 2) to compare the achievements earned before and after learning through the developed drill packages by Mathayom Suksa 1 students who had reading problems, 3) to investigate the students’ satisfaction of learning through the developed drill packages for spelling and reading skills in Thai Language Learning Substance Group for Mathayom Suksa 1. The subjects were 7 Mathayom Suksa 1 students who had reading and writing problems. Purposively selected, these students were studying in 2016 academic year at Nongbo Withayanukul School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 22. The instruments used in the study included four drill packages of reading and spelling skills, an achievement test, and a questionnaire to explore their satisfaction. The statistics employed for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney Test or The Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test.

1. The drill packages for spelling and reading skills in Thai Language Learning Substance Group for Mathayom Suksa 1 students contained their efficiency of 83.00/84.29 which was higher than the set criteria of 80/80.

2. After the students who had reading problems had learnt through the developed drill packages for spelling and reading skills in Thai Language Learning Substance Group for Mathayom Suksa 1 students, their learning achievement was significantly higher than that of before at .01 statistical level.

3. The students’ average satisfaction of learning through the developed drill packages for spelling and reading skills in Thai Language Learning Substance Group for Mathayom Suksa 1 students was 4.47 which was at the high level.
