การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้สมองเป็นฐานเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถด้านภาษาของผู้เรียนสำหรับครูระดับประถมศึกษา 2) ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะ 3) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ 4) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะ 2) ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการสมรรถนะ   3) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ 4) ทดลองและศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม   โดยใช้รูปแบบ One Group Pretest-Posttest Design ใช้ทดลองกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 36 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของครูต่อการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนการสอนของครู สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าทดสอบ t–test แบบ Dependent Samples และ One Sample t–test กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คำนวณโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป  

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สมรรถนะที่พัฒนาขึ้นทุกสมรรถนะมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด ประกอบด้วย 13 สมรรถนะ 37 ตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะ ดังนี้

1.1 สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ จำนวน 5 สมรรถนะ 20 ตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะ 

1.2 สมรรถนะด้านทักษะ จำนวน 5 สมรรถนะ 11 ตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะ

1.3 สมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะ จำนวน 3 สมรรถนะ 6 ตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะ

2. ปัญหาและความต้องการเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

3. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมี 8 องค์ประกอบ คือ ความเป็นมา หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย สมรรถนะสำคัญ โครงสร้างเนื้อหา กิจกรรม สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผล 

4. ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม พบว่า

4.1 สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ของครู หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4.2 สมรรถนะด้านทักษะของครู หลังการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก    และสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.51 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4.3 สมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะของครู หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4.4 ความพึงพอใจของครูต่อการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.51 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

4.5 ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนการสอนของครูอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.51 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were to 1) to investigate the brain-based instructional management competencies in order to invent the language ability of students for elementary school teachers, 2) to examine the problem and need of competencies, 3) to develop a training curriculum, and 4) to examine the results of implementing the developed training curriculum. The study procedure comprised 4 steps: 1) examining the competencies; 2) examining the problem and need of competencies; 3) developing a training curriculum; and 4) experimenting and examining the results of experimenting in using the training curriculum through employing a one-group pretest-posttest design from the sample of 36. Both quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed. The instruments used in study comprised a form for assessing competencies in knowledge, skill and attribute, a form for assessing teacher’s satisfaction with implementing the training curriculum, and a form for assessing students’ satisfaction with teacher’s instruction. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test for dependent samples and one sample t-test. The statistical significance was determined at the .05 level. The calculation was conducted using a statistical package. 

The results of this research revealed that:

1. All the developed competencies were appropriate and feasible at the highest level comprising 13 competencies, 37 competency indicators: 1.1 knowledge competencies consisting of 5 competencies, 20 competency indicators; 1.2 skill competencies consisting of 5 competencies, 11 competency indicators; and 1.3 attribute competencies consisting of 3 competencies, 6 competency indicators.

2. The problem and need of competencies were at the highest level.

3. The developed training curriculum comprised 8 components: background, principles, aims, essential competencies, structure of contents activities, media and sources of learning and measurement including evaluation.

4. The results of implementing the training curriculum were as follows.

4.1 The knowledge competency after training was significantly higher than that before the treatment at the .05 level.    

4.2 The teacher’s skill competency after training was at the highest level and was significantly higher than the criterion set at 3.51 at the .05 level.

4.3 The teacher’s attribute competency after training was significantly higher than that before the treatment at the .05 level.

4.4 Teachers’ satisfaction with the training curriculum application was at the highest level and was significantly higher than the criterion set at 3.51 at the .05 level.

4.5 Students’ satisfaction with teacher’s instruction was at the highest level and was significantly higher than the criterion set at 3.51 at the .05 level.
